We've lived and traveled all over the world and think the beauty of Daytona Beach Shores with its; wide smooth sea-weed free beaches, soft sands, and lovely clear water is exceptional. We love spending time at the beach when we can, especially watching the colors of the ocean change, the pelicans flying by, and the dolphins playing in the waves. We know you will love it, too.

Our beach condo is designed with comfort in mind and to maximize the amazing views. The furnishings and colors incorporate the natural beauty of the beach without being kitschy. It really feels like a welcoming perch to relax in with plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing yet all be together for great meals, conversing over cocktails on the balcony, movie night, or celebrating a special occasion with family games in the living room. The pelicans really do fly by at eye level on the 11th floor and it is fascinating! We provide all the comforts of home so our guests can spend time relaxing and enjoying the scenery and the building's amenities.
