Craig was much more hands on throughout the process of checking in and out then I'm use to. He was informative and accommodating. The patio is wonderful, however it is located on the north side of the building and therefore does not get sunshine which wasn't necessarily a bad thing, but might be for some. The building has so many wonderful amenities that makes this place a great find! The kitchen is really well stocked with everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend this place!

This unit was immaculately clean. It is stocked with any and everything you might need. The balcony/patio has an excellent view of the ocean, is humongous and has so much seating. It was my favorite place to chill out! The pool was wonderful, heated to a comfortable temperature, and our great-grandson (3 yrs) spent most of his time there! Craig is great to work with and replies quickly. We’ll definitely spend another family vacation here!

The host, Craig, was amazing. Greeted us and went over everything. The place was beautiful and the view was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Great Stay

One of the best properties we have ever stayed at. The ad does not lie. Definitely agree with it being the crown jewel of Daytona.

Family trip

There was nothing not to like about the condo to me. One of the best parts was the awesome patio. There were 10 of us plenty of room for everyone. We all had a wonderful time making memories.

April family trip

Our trip was great, and the condo accommodations were perfect! We had easy access to the beach, pool, fitness center, and more. Everything we needed was available for us to use, including beach toys, chairs, and blankets. Craig provided helpful information upon our arrival and remained communicative throughout our stay.

This unit is a gem! Well appointed with every appliance and utensil you would need to create amazing meals. The outdoor space is spacious and comfortable with a great view of the beach. The beds are comfortable. They have thought of everything. The building is well cared for, clean and secure. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect family vacation

This was the perfect vacation that accommodated a baby as well as space for all the adults. Very clean and classy! Craig the property manager was delightful and so helpful.

Great Place

This was the best place we have stayed at in Daytona. Craig was great and answered any questions we may have had. The place was great and fully stocked with everything from games to beach equipment. We are already looking to come back.

All You Could Ask For & More~

The property was elegantly & decorated beautifully! Completely stocked w/ anything you could possibly need on your trip. Plenty of space to spread out. The beds were extremely comfortable. The host was personable, efficient and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful place to stay

I can not begin to say how wonderful this condo is. Not only is it large enough to hold 2 families (4 adults & 4 children) but it comes with everything you could possibly want for your trip. It comes equipped with almost any sand / pool toy your little ones would want and enough chairs & coolers for your adulting entertainment.

Great family rental

This is our second stay at this property and Im sure we will be back. Great for big groups.. Has everything you could possibly need and even some things you didnt know you needed. Tons of space. Huge patio is nice. Craig does a great job as host and makes sure you are taken care of. The overall property is excellent with a great pool, common area and acess to the beach. Close to many great restaurants and shopping. I cant imagine there is a better place to stay in Daytona Beach.

Vacation at Daytona Beach

We had an awesome time! We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at the beach. Our host provided beach towels, chairs, cooler and beach toys. The kitchen was amazing and provided all things necessary to cook for our party of 12. Plenty of space for everyone and we could watch the sunrise and sunset from our patio. We are looking forward to come stay again.

Gorgeous condo and setting

This is a wonderful space for a large family, including multigenerational, or a group of friends. The kitchen is large and fully functional, the deck is just spectacular and larger than many city apartments! The condo is thoughtfully appointed and very clea. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property

My friends and I just returned home from a week at this beautiful property! The condo is very nice and well stocked with all the essentials needed to have a great time. There are no negatives to report as all was wonderful. Craig was very accommodating and helpful. If you are looking for a great condo with a beautiful deck overlooking the ocean, look no further!
