Awesome Stay!

We stayed a week at Sunset Terrace, it was an amazing week. The condo was well maintained and a great size for our group. The view from the balcony was without a doubt the most spectacular we've ever experienced. Also being literally one step from building to the sand of the beach was awesome. Anna Maria Island is beautiful and we can't wait to visit again.

SeaBreeze Vacation's was a great company

SeaBreeze Vacation's was a great company to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to vacation on Anna Maria Island. It was very nice to have starter packs of everything. The number of towels and beach towels provided was wonderful. Not having to strip the bed seems like such a small thing, but, it made me quite happy. The only issue we had was with the condo itself. Not having a door on the master bathroom was very off putting. One screen torn, doors would not lock.

Beautiful view and beach

Upon arrival we could not enter the property; the code we had been given did not work. The management company was easily reached by phone and was able to give us the lockbox code with keys to enter but upon entering the condo, the key for the storage and pool bathroom keys were not in the unit. The previous renters had taken them by mistake. Armando and Terry quickly arrived with replacement keys and were very apologetic and helpful. They even showed us how to work the TV!

Highly recommended

We just loved our stay !! Would like to get in the same building next year but definitely would need it on the first level . Do to health issues those 36 steps just about killed me. But overall I'd give you all and the stay a Big 10 ++++++ Thank you for a wonderful time Pam

Overall the place was perfect!!

First time staying here and the property was perfect. Close to beach and very clean. Easy reservation and check out. We left a gratuity on the table when we checked out and Connor actually called me to make sure that we didn't accidentally leave our money when we left. I was very surprised and thought how honest they were to check and make sure that we wanted to leave the money. I have never had anyone ever do that no matter where I have stayed. I would highly recommend this rental agency

Wonderful Location

I loved this condo - the location could not be beat. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. The only negative thing would be the furniture is pretty worn out in the living room and the couch is not very comfortable. Luckily we didn't spend too much time on the couch.

This condo and SeaBreeze Vacation are highly recommended!

I highly recommend this condo and Sea Breeze rentals! The location is wonderful, right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the sand and waves where you can watch the sunset and listen to the sound of the ocean. The condo is spacious and nicely decorated and very comfortable. There is a quiet, heated pool that we enjoyed every day that we were there. It's great for adults and families. Also, the condo is very convenient to grocery stores (Publix, Circle K, and mom and pops) restaurants, bars, smoothie places, and ice cream! Also, I had fun going into all of the great shops that sold everything from souvenirs to upscale clothing. There is a free trolley that runs up and down the island which was great for us because our teenage kids could get around on their own. This was our second visit and we hope to return again when we are ready to relax on the beach!

We love our 3rd vacation on AMI

This is our 3rd vacation on AMI and we love it! This condo is a perfect location with beautiful beach and water views. So close you can watch dolphins from the balcony! The rooms are good, master bed very comfortable. All of our stays have been at this condo complex and hope to do it again!

A great place perfect for everyone!

Great place!! Perfect for the beach lover & the non-beach lover. Facility had everything you need & a fantastic view. Very private & minutes away from all the activity you could want. SeaBreeze staff was professional & helpful. Will definitely be booking again.

Great covid get away.

Needs some new furniture, but it was as advertised. We had a great time, rented a golf cart from these folks as well, that was very fun and good transportation around the Island.

Nice, renovated condo. However, for the price paid, bedding needs improvement. Also, a few more amenities (soap, coffee) would be appreciated.

This condo was clean, roomy & the kitchen had many amenities. The screen balcony was nice. The assigned parking spot was a plus too. The view of beach, ocean, & sunsets were amazing!!

Enjoyed my seat

Gorgeous view and great location, however they do need an exterminator. There were tiny ants throughout the kitchen which made it impossible to leave out any open food, like chips or pizza, without getting swarmed. There were also tiny little spider mite looking bugs all over the screened balcony furniture outside. The pool has a broken tile around the 6 ft. edge which my teenage daughter cut her arm on, but the water was warm and felt great otherwise. Pool could use an acid wash to get the stains off. There is no elevator on the property! Had to go up 4 flights of stairs to get to the unit, so this is not ideal for anyone with a disability or health issue that can't carry their luggage, or go up and down stairs. The atmosphere and fireworks on the beach were wonderful.

Nice Location

Overall we had a good stay but there were some pros and cons to our stay. Pros: -The location can't be beat, easy to get anywhere on Anna Maria from here. -You have an assigned parking spot so you never have to worry about your spot being gone -The sunsets from here are beautiful! As is the beach location. -The unit was pretty well updated compared to others I've stayed in on the island. -We had a problem with the front door but the management took care of it in a very timely manner. Cons: -I read other reviews about the couch and they are true, the couch needs an update. You sink into as soon as you sit down and have a hard time getting up, and the pullout bed is no better. -The beach equipment is not good, consider renting or bringing your own chairs/umbrellas for your stay. -Wifi signal is terrible anywhere but the living room by the router
