Beautiful Historic Charleston House with modern amenities and lots of space! 3 Bedrooms (5 total beds) perfect for medium sized groups.
Walkable to many shops, restaurants and a 1/2 mile to King St.
You will arrive to a clean home with all the towels, linens, and essentials needed for an amazing trip to this wonderful city!

A true Charleston house with all the comfortable essentials you need as well as renovated amenities to enjoy, including a new master bath & walk-in shower. Enjoy the front porch and back patio area, which comes with a grill for exclusive use.

The house sits just off a busy street / intersection so there is some noise. Light sleepers may not prefer.

Off street parking is provided for up to 2 vehicles.

Great stay. Home was clean. It was on a noisy corner but homeowner provided noise machines in each bedroom which was helpful. Beds comfty, bathrooms clean and a great shower! Owner very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The home was VERY clean, well-maintained, and smelled fresh when we arrived. It was a comfortable place to stay and had everything we needed. The house did appear a bit older in person than it does in the photos, and there was noticeable traffic noise throughout the day and night. Despite those minor issues, it was a nice home, and we had a positive experience. I would recommend this home.

Our group of six really enjoyed staying at this house! It was exactly as listed. The beds were all extremely comfy, bathrooms clean and roomy, and there were plenty of blankets, games, books and house supplies. We loved the location, it was walking distance to King Street, but also surrounded by plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants. The road outside can be a little bit noisy, but it did not impact our trip at all. Even with six adults, the size of the house was comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang out. The host has done an excellent job of making this place comfortable and enjoyable and we would definitely stay here again.

We didn't have a pet on our trip but right next door is a small park with benches and all the things you would nedd to clean up after your dog.

Cute little house downtown

This was perfect for our brief stay in Charleston. It's centrally located to everything in the area. We love the fact that there were so many beds so everyone was comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The inside of the property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient and made it easy to get to all the attractions and fun places we wanted to visit. We also knew when booking that it was on a busy street, so while there was quite a bit of traffic noise, it wasn’t unexpected. The host was excellent with communication and was very responsive throughout our stay.The one area that could use some attention is the front porch. We were looking forward to enjoying the outdoor space in the mornings, but it wasn’t as well maintained as we had hoped. There were some overgrown plants, the cushions were dusty, and the porch could have used a good sweeping. With a little upkeep, it could be a really inviting place to relax.Overall, we had a good stay. The price was on the higher side, but that’s understandable given the location.

C of C graduation weekend

Great place to stay for our daughter’s grad weekend! Host had beach chairs for us to use, which we really appreciated when we went to Sullivans Island for a day trip. Host was easy to communicate with!

First visit to Charleston

My friends and I had a great stay in Jack’s home. Very close to Charleston and easy to get to the islands in the surrounding area. The house is well equipped and comfortable. As mentioned in previous reviews, street noise can be an issue at night. Otherwise it’s a great spot to stay and see a beautiful city!

Wonderful Charleston Experience

House worked out great for 3 friends. Walking distance to most everything (if you like to walk) Jack our host was fabulous. Very receptive and easy to work with. Had a fabulous time. Only negative is it is noisy because of a main street but there are noise canceling machines that work fine.

Clean stay!

The family friendly house is clean, and comfortable! Being so close to the main road is a bit noisy. We brought our dogs and they loved going on walks and having fun in a very dog friendly town. Dogs welcome almost everywhere including the beach. House is well equipped with everything you need, including sheets/towels and chairs for the beach! We had a great time and appreciate the 2 parking spots for our cars!

This updated historic home has 2 separate units. The downstairs unit has a full kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms, large living room and eat-in area. Additionally there is a front porch and back patio with a grill and bikes for use! Off-street parking is available for up to two cars. Perfect for a family getaway or wedding group. Living room comes equipped with a Sony Smart TV with cable and all available apps (Netflix, Hulu, Hbo etc), as well as high-speed internet throughout the unit. Guests are welcomed to have get togethers and enjoy themselves as they please.
