Beautifully decorated, the spacious interior invites you to unwind and start living on "lake time". The main level is highlighted by floor-to-ceiling windows that have lovely lake views. Sink into comfortable furnishings in the great room in front of a crackling fire to warm up on a crisp mountain evening. The 70-inch smart TV is easily seen from every seat when you want to host a movie night.

Ideal for entertaining, the open floor plan flows into the well-equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, a center island with a vegetable sink and seating and granite counters will delight the chef in your group. Get together at the dining table to share great food and good conversation. Sliding doors open to the deck, so summertime barbecues are a breeze.

The main level primary suite is complete with everything you need for some much needed R&R. Furnished with a king bed and 50-inch smart TV, it is your own private haven. The stunning private bath features a tile shower with a rainfall shower head along with a soaking tub. The private balcony is an added perk that offers scenic views that are best enjoyed with a hot cup of coffee.

There is also a bedroom on this level with built-in bunk beds. They are custom designed with a king on the bottom and an extra large twin on the top.

Upstairs, the loft is outfitted with desk for those who need to stay connected with work. It also has a queen sleeper sofa that is an added option for extra guests. There are two spacious suites on this level as well. Each one has a king bed, 50-inch smart TV and tranquil views of the lake.

The lower level family room is another favorite spot to unwind, featuring a glowing gas fireplace, air hockey, arcade games and a 55-inch smart TV. The adjacent game room has a bar and fun arcade games too. Plus, sliding doors open to the patio giving you access to the outdoor living space any time you please.

Also on this floor, you will find the fourth primary suite with a king bed and 50-inch smart TV. Right outside the sliding doors is the bubbling hot tub. The private bath also has an oversized jetted tub if you prefer to take a soothing soak indoors. Rounding out the sleeping quarters is a bedroom with a king bed and 50-inch smart TV. There is also a den with a queen sleeper sofa and TV.

Your entire crew will appreciate the incredible outdoor living space that has plenty of room for everyone. The screened porch is the ideal spot for coffee each morning. You can make use of the two grills when you are in the mood for a cookout, and the deck overlooks the grassy lawn where the kids have space to run and play. At sunset, grab the marshmallows and get together around the fire pit. This is a favorite way to spend quality time with family and friends at Deep Creek Lake.

Located in the popular Waterfront Greens community, you have access to lots of fun amenities that include a par 3 golf course, mini golf, tennis courts, a catch and release fishing pond and a sledding hill. Your dock slip is within a short walk, so bring a boat or rent one locally to cruise the lake's miles of shoreline.
