This studio at TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort is all about location! You'll be quite close to the beach while less than three miles away from downtown Miramar Beach and its endless dining options. If you're into outdoor activities, pack your most comfortable pair of sneakers and make your way to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, which offers three miles of pristine beaches and endless outdoor activities that include fishing, bicycling, birding, picnicking, hiking, swimming, and more! For family friendly fun, New Vision Theaters Boulevard 10 is a great option in case any of you would like to enjoy jumbo digital screens showing first-run films, opera production, and sports events. Destin is 11 miles west and offers even more activities for the entire family; make sure you stop at Big Kahuna’s Water & Adventure Park to enjoy water slides and other water rides. This park offers more than 40 water attractions, including a dedicated area for kids.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 8.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
