This is very comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bath upper unit condo. One floor on main entry floor with a queen size bed, an second queen bed is in the carpeted loft. The open living area is flooded with lights from a whole wall of windows. I provide 3 TV’s with streaming services, a k-cup coffee maker and coffee pods, all the kitchen things to prepare meals along with spices too. In the back you’ll find a large deck to relax on that overlooks the pool which is within walking distance. I also provide beach towels and pool noodles for your use.

Please do not hand towels over front deck railing. The HOA frowns on it. No outdoor fire pits or charcoal grills. No fireworks. No smoking inside.

No parties or loud noises after 11 pm. Be courteous of the adjoining neighbors. Please only use one parking space in our lot, extra parking nearby

This property offers great convenience and location to Lake Keowee and visiting Clemson. Everything you could possibly need is furnished in this cozy villa. Quiet space and nice views from the deck.

Perfect place to stay for a few nights when dropping our daughter off at Clemson! WellAppointed, plenty of space for 3 of us, great to come back from dorm move in to relax. We enjoyed the fitness center and the pool/beach/docks by the lake.

The condo was very cute and comfortable. It was stocked with everything needed. I especially enjoyed the coffee bar and snack bowl. The bed and memory foam pillows were comfortable. The pool is conveniently located next door. The a.c. works well.

We enjoyed our stay. we were there to visit our daughter who lives in Seneca. Donna was great and helpful if we had any problems and very responsive. Overall it was nice stay.

Cozy, well-appointed villa in a quiet location in Keowee Key close to the community pool and central to the access gates for ease in traveling within the Keowee Lake region. Donna, the host, was very welcoming and went out of her way to accommodate us during our stay.

Great place to spend a few says. House had everything we needed. The community amenities (pools, golf, fitness, the lake, etc.) are exceptional and people were very welcoming to us short-term renters.

Relaxing Stay

This property was a perfect location to visit many hiking trails, Clemson, and the marinas. There’s lots to do around the property if you wanted to stay close. Wonderful 20th anniversary extended weekend stay for us!!!

Had a great long weekend. 2 days on the lake and a day hiking. Dinner at the club was excellent. Ram Cat Cellar was very good as well.

Cozy, clean, beautiful area and community

Your home had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and the area is beautiful. Close proximity to Clemson, which was a plus for us.

Loved It!

We had such a great time! We hiked, used the pools, played bocce, fished, rented a boat for a day, and enjoyed the Bistro. It was a wonderful vacation. There’s such a variety of activities in a peaceful, relaxing environment.

Location location location! Let it be your home base while you go have fun!
It’s situated right in the middle of so many outdoor activities. Hiking, waterfalls, tubing, boating/lake, mountains, Clemson! Not to forget there’s Asheville, the Biltmore Estate and the beautiful Georgia mountain region too. Quaint towns and wineries. Virtually a vacation wonderland. Plus you can just walk right over to the pool from this condo. You can see it from my deck! After enjoying your day you can retreat to me very comfy condo to recharge & relax.
