Casita Reina is located in the quiet Atlantic View neighborhood, located in the Isla Verde area of San Juan. The apt. is a 1 bedroom unit with a king size bed. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and convenience stores. We are only 5 mins from the international airport and 15 mins from the cruise port. Many amenities such as beach chairs, beach towels and cooler are available for you to use. The picturesque city of Old San Juan is also a quick drive away.

Very clean unit in a great location- less than 10 minutes to the airport.

Great location & the host was great to work with. Would definitely rent here again.

The host walked in and amenities were in good condition. Recently had AC replaced before we got there worked perfectly no issues. Very convenient location within 15 minutes and everything that we did.

Great location, close to grocery, restaurants, and an easy ride to old San Juan. Apartment is spacious, very well equipped. Vladimir is an excellent host; he responds generally within a minute, never more than an hour. He was very helpful, always answering our questions and giving good suggestions. Thank you, Vladimir, for providing us with such a comfortable stay!!

Good location. Clean. Roomy.

Very good spot for a couple staying for a day or two. Relatively close to food. Parking spot and generator was definitely a plus. Area lost power and generator kicked in quickly.

Nice place for a short stay

We enjoyed the space of this property! Lots of room and lots of light! There was some street traffic noise at night. Though the area had some good restaurants in walking distance! We liked Ferrari Pizza and the short walk to the beach!

Thanks for the positive review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Casita Reina is located on a dead-end street so there is very little traffic. Any noise you may have heard must have come from the highway which is a few blocks away.

Overnight stay before Cruise

Everything was great that was in the owners control. My only recommendation is to bring ear plugs, unless you are used to the sound of the neighborhood roosters around 5am!

Very nice 1BR apt perfect for a couple. The only thing that didn’t seem completely on target was the ‘steps to the beach’ detail. I was expecting something VERY close to the beach. Beach access was limited & it took a bit of a walk to get to the beach. Everything else was accurate & as I expected.

I’m so happy with our decision to stay at casita reina for our recent long weekend getaway. The host is an excellent host, very responsive. The unit is clean cozy and comfy with a king size bed and nice and cold AC. You can walk to restaurants right on the main strip just a couple of minutes away and close to the beach as well. My only suggestion would be to add a couple of more black out curtain panels to the bedroom so that it can close completely and better block the sunlight in the morning. I highly recommend this place though, what an excellent value.

We stayed here the night before a cruise. It was a good location. There were several restaurants close by and it was close to the airport and beach. The unit we stayed in was on the second floor. There is not an elevator. There was a wall air conditioner in the bedroom. It was not working. We arrived late and just thought it might take a while to cool the room. It never did cool down. We left early the next morning. I messaged the host after returning from the cruise and they said they have replaced the air conditioner. The unit was well equipped and had everything we needed.

Thank you so much for the visit Emily. We apologize for the AC, but you did not inform us and give us the opportunity to fix it. The unit was replaced for a brand new AC for our future guests to enjoy.

Casita Reina is nestled on a dead-end street which makes for a quiet location. Only the few residents that live here drive down this street.
