Very clean room and Nima sent videos of the property after cleaning too ensure everything was ready for our stay. Communicate everything by phone, host is a bit delayed on responding to vrbo messages/texts but otherwise helped via phone with a parking issue

The view to the beach was nice, but the area where the hotel is located is not that great. It’s a little unsafe. The apartments overall are not in good condition, and they look abandoned.

I am sorry that you felt unsafe. Our neighborhood is where the rich and powerful live in Puerto Rico. Some of the fanciest Villas, some of the best hotesls, and the nicest restaurants in all of San Juan are down the street from us. However, crime can happen anywhere these days and sadly Puerto Rico has its share of gangsters. Our building is gated and has security guards on staff 24/7. Our building was built in the 1970s and has not had a full renovation. It is well maintained and the units are fully occupied. Nothing is abandoned.

When we first arrived, the security guard “the male gaurd” was VERY RUDE! Not welcoming at all, until I began talking Spanish to him, he then tone it down a bit, next day I met the female security, she was pleasant. Pool was secured, safe, easy beach walk out, with chairs provided by them was a big plus. The view from the room is breathtaking!!

The apartment had the most amazing view and loved hearing the waves of the ocean with the natural breeze. The location was perfect for walking to variety of restaurants, bars and shopping, different parts of the beach. The host was very attentive and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment and complex was very dated as far as appearance compared to others around the area. The pool was nice.

This place is great! Walking distance to the marina and check in area to booked excursions to Culebra and the other Islands or PR. Amazing view!!!!!!!!! Easy to get in and out with the chip on the keys. Restaurants nearby. Must visit!!

Interior is as described, not a luxury new condo but exactly what I was looking for. The view is absolutely stunning, right on the water where you can watch the surfers and waves. Ocean breeze and sound of crashing waves were wonderful, and the easy access to both the pool and beach right off the building and nearby restaurants in walking distance was 10/10. If location and ocean views is your goal, this is the place to go!

This private beach front condominium was more than I expected. The ocean views from the 21st floor was absolutely breathtaking. Hearing the waves crashing all night long was better than my white noise machine! Nima, our host was quick and efficiently and stayed in contact with us to make sure our trip was perfect. The detailed information she provided was precise and easy to follow. The private parking space was a huge plus since we had a rental car. What a great experience cannot wait to go back! Thank you
