Great stay!

Just come back from a great stay, the caravan was very clean and in a good location.The communication with the owners was prompt and helpful. Couldn't really ask for anything more, I would certainly recommend this stay

lovely well kept van with some stunning scenery around. The welcome basket was a lovely surprise and we tried to leave everything as we found it. Looking forward to visiting again next year

The caravan is well equipped and had everything we needed. Only thing missing was WiFi.It is comfortable and it was nice to sit on the deck and see the sea whilst having breakfast.

Excellent holiday home

Excellent holiday home in a very quiet surroundings, easy access to local amenities and area, walk to beach, on bus route. Holiday home had all you needed and more, very comfortable furnishings, added extras for a special touch. Cafe on site served good food. Highly recommend. Owners were very helpful and excellent communication.

Relaing getaway

Fabulous caravan, with lots of homely touches. Amazing views of the sea from the living room. Perfect to sit on the decking, enjoying a tranquil location.Great communication wit the owners.Would love to stay there again.

Walking holiday

The caravan was situated with a lovely sea view on a quiet caravan park. We had a great walking holiday using it as a base. The caravan was well equiped and the owners obviously wanted their guests to have a good holiday. We really enjoyed our stay and very at home in the caravan.

Friendly place

Lovely caravan , was clean & tidy. Peaceful during the day , but one or two evenings club music until 1am ( Saturdays). Contact with the owner very good.

Lovely caravan, has everything that is needed and very clean, the park is nice and quiet (except a Saturday night when the club have loud music until 11ish) but that doesn't matter on holiday!! Close to wonderful beaches and a great view form the caravan and park. Would recommend for families with smaller children and early teens! The hosts were very responsive to queries and communication was good. Would come back again.

Restful break

We needed a few days away. This caravan was available and looked just what we needed. Our booking was accepted late one night on arrival check in was as described and very simple welcome basket was appreciated and we had everything we needed in the comfortable caravan

4 berth caravan with stunning sea views

Nice tidy, well equipped caravan with great views of the sea and out towards Mundesley. Nice touch with the welcome pack of tea/ coffee and sweets on arrival. Check in process easy and site itself was very clean and tidy. Impressed the site had an outdoor heated pool though we didn't use it. Also a clubhouse again which was well presented and sensibly priced drinks. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others

Time to relax

Was a holiday not expected as we usually go to the Med.But an unexpected expense forced our arrangement this year. So when I saw this ad it instantly took my attention. Everything was wonderful .A real feel of being totally at home.Shame the weather wasnt a bit warmer..BUT we made the most of our week and really enjoyed it Lovely area and coast line.I would definitely recommend this Static mobile home and the owners were always helpful and replied quickly if asking anything. 10 out of 10.

Lovely views from the veranda. Site is kept very clean. Made use of club house, bingo night and quiz night was fun, drinks reasonable priced. Unfortunately the cafe was having a new roof fitted so was unable to use. Lovely quiet walk down to beach but those with mobility issues would need to drive down as the walk involves going around a field and down a steep track. Would recommend using this caravan.

We hugely enjoyed our long weekend at the caravan - clean, comfortable, a fantastic view and very close to a beautiful and quiet beach.

much needed break by the sea

Good Location caravan in good condition and ideal for us as out all day only returning in the evening. Only gave 3 out of 5 for cleanliness as shower cubicle had not been cleaned and gas had run out but knew how to switch it over to new bottle without much fuss .Overall had a lovely time and thank you for loaning us your property for the week.

Trimingham

The caravan is very clean with everything you need. Set in a very well kept site with easy access. The owners are very responsive to enquiries and provided a tea, coffee, milk and sugar welcome pack which was well received. Beautifully sea view from above the cliff top out of the living room window. Highly recommended.

Great Holiday in Trimmingham

Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely caravan. The directions sent to me previous to arrival made it easy to find the park and the caravan on the site. The caravan had everything we needed and the view lifted my spirits every morning when I got up! The beach is easy to get to and absolutely wonderful. Overall the park was really quiet, however the caravan is in close proximity to the clubhouse which meant that we had live music bashing out until 1am on Saturday night. As we were looking for a quiet holiday this was not what we were expecting on our first night. Fortunately during the week the clubhouse closes at 11pm and was a lot quieter. Yet, due to the close proximity and 1am closure on Friday and Saturday (+ not so good weather forecast for Friday and Saturday) of the clubhouse we decided to leave on Friday rather than Saturday. I am just mentioning this in case you are looking for early nights of sleep. Apart from this the holiday was absolutely perfect with beautiful weather, beaches, caravan and location.

A family holiday to remember

We would like to say a huge thank you for a fantastic holiday. The caravan was well equipped, very clean, comfortable and it had lovely views of the sea. It provided everything that we needed for a lovely holiday. There was a great 'welcome basket' too. The communication from the owner was also very good - they answered emails very quickly and made sure that our holiday went smoothly. Thanks again and we would definitely recommend this for a holiday.

Gorgeous sea view location

We had everything we needed in the caravan and once we stocked up with food and drink supplies, we were sorted!! The caravan was clean on arrival and has the most amazing view of the sea. The location is great for beach days and the coastal walks are amazing and so beautiful. We brought our own gas bbq so mostly did our breakfasts and dinners on there but if you don't fancy cooking then the shop/cafe on site has good options for breakfast. The site itself takes me back to my childhood when we used to go camping in a caravan...with the games arcade, pool and club house (and the occasional grumpy site staff member lol). Felt like step back in time and a trip down memory lane. We loved it. We definitely enjoyed our stay in the caravan and now that we've popped our caravan cherry we would definitely do it all again. The hosts Michelle & Jackie made us feel very welcome with a lovely welcome basket of goodies - it was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend a stay in this gorgeously located caravan.
