Girls trip!

This was a great place to take a girls trip! Gated community and everything we needed in the condo which made it so easy. It took us a bit to get settled and find places to have dinner. I didn’t research what was close by ahead of time and not taking into account we couldn’t find

Tropical storm

We were unable to stay at our reserved property due to a tropical storm that moved into the area. When I contacted the property manager and relayed our fears about the incoming storm, he was very understanding and refunded our money even though it was only a day before our planned stay.

Woderful Unit

This property is just as pictured with great ocean access. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with clean, quality items and basic spices. The beds were very comfortable. The host was easy to reach and quickly filled our one request. I highly recommend this unit.

Just Right for Short Stay

Very clean and updated, nicely furnished, small space well used, good beach location. Air conditioning system not as easily controlled as we needed, but management was a big help with that.

Perfect beachside condo

Super close to the beach and the community use pool. Clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Easy check in and a very gracious help with an early check out due to hurricane Idalia. Will not hesitate to rent again next time we hit the sand.

Beautiful Views

Our family couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. The pictures of the views from the back porch do not do it justice. With 2 little ones the proximity to the pool and beach was amazing. Both are just steps away. We will be coming back!

Great!

The place was not the cleanest so we cleaned it and the property manager (Alec) refunded our cleaning deposit. He offered to send housekeeping back out but I didn’t trust them to do any better if they didn’t do it right to begin with. Alec was wonderful to work with. The condo was beautiful, the beds and couch very comfy, the screen porch was enjoyed! But the best thing was the view of the ocean. It was much better than the pictures showed. The pool area was great and had a small separate area for the babies, which was great since we had our 10 month old grandchild with us. We even used the grill at the pool for cooking our Father’s Day steaks. The unit owner provided beach chairs and an umbrella so it was great to not bring our own. We were right by the pool and it was no problem. Happy noises during the day and very quiet after supper. I can’t say enough good things about the condo and Alec. I hope he will settle the housekeeping problems and make this unit 100% as it should be. Oh! If traveling with a little one bring your own outlet covers. Why do they always want those outlets? 😂 You’ll be glad to have them!

Nice beach and Charleston vacation

Wild Dunes is a very nice development. The condo has good access to the beach and pool. Condo was great; just as described. Property management was very helpful. Easy drive into Charleston.

Great Stay

Beautiful property in a great location. Convenient to the beach and restaurants. Clean and well appointed. Property Manager was professional, organized and accommodating. A great overall experience, looking forward to a return visit.

Mostly Nice

Check in and communication with the property manager was easy. The location was great (we’ve stayed at the Tidewater many times before). However, there was no toilet paper in my bathroom - not even some left on the holder, so I took the extra roll in the primary bedroom - when I brought this to their attention, we were brought ONE roll; the hair dryers were very low quality; the bedspreads in the secondary bedroom were cheap and synthetic, so they didn’t breathe and were unbearably hot; and the people upstairs dragged furniture across the floor a lot, and we could hear it all VERY well.

Great place in a family friendly community

We really enjoyed staying at tidewater. Place was immaculate, well furnished, attractive and had everything. Updated and comfy. The only note I would offer is not a reflection on the property or owner. This is a very family friendly vacation community with lots of kids having a good time. This unit is right next to pool. Not a big problem for us as we spent most days sightseeing or on beach. Pool was quiet at night. If you have kids this is your unit! I'd go back.

Great location

The condo was as advertised and we especially liked the pool and beach access space nice I walk with a cane. The ramp to the condo was perfect for our needs.

Best vacation ever

We have always loved Charleston but never stayed in any beach towns. We were so at ease with our stay. The condo was well equipped with anything we needed. Everything was immaculate. We cannot wait to return.

Top notch vacation!

I stayed here with my wife and 1 year old son, as well as my mother in law. This place is fantastic! Check in was painless. No key needed, just enter a code for the door. Everything was clean on arrival, and looked better than the pictures. Screened in porch was perfect for coffee in the morning and drinks at night. Pool is literally steps away, with the beach not much further. The owner was in touch with us to make sure everything was good, then let us enjoy our vacation. Overall, this place was well worth the cost. My family all had an outstanding time. We would recommend it to anyone. We have already started planning another trip here with the other side of the family so no one feels left out!

Staying in Isle of Palms - this is your place!!!!

Our stay couldn't have been more perfect. As a frequent customer of VRBO - this is by far one of the CLEANEST vacation rentals. Additionally, each room was classically decorated with a beach theme. Not to mention, this place had everything we needed, down to the apple watch and iphone chargers! The beach is less than a 2 minute walk and the pool was not crowded a nice place to cool off when we were done with the beach. The communication with Nathan was such a great experience! He was VERY timely in his responses as well as provided very helpful information. This trip was spent with my daughter, her two friends and their moms (5th grade graduation). All three girls slept in the king bed, two of us slept in the room with the twins while the other mom slept on the sleeper sofa which was (according to her) very comfortable. The max capacity for this rental is 6 - but we never felt crowded. I talked to my husband and we plan to revisit as a family! If I had one complaint, it would be that we didn't stay long enough.

Great condo !

This is a perfect condo for 4 people. Nicely decorated and perfect location. Easy access to the pool and beach. Working with this VRBO group was easy and professional!
