Welcome to this BEAUTIFUL 3BR/3BA (king bedroom, queen bedroom, and dual twin bedroom all with en suite bathrooms) villa that can comfortably accommodate larger families and groups! This is within Wild Dunes so guests have access to some amenities such as award winning golf courses, spa, restaurants, walk/bike paths, and access to the Mariner's Walk Private Pool!

family get away

We had a great stay and would without a doubt rebook this property. The condo was right on the beach and was super clean when we arrived. In fact I had to complement the property manager and housekeeping soon after we arrived. one nice touch was there were a few bath towels provided in each bathroom and bedding along with a starter pack of bathroom essentials. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions I had. The condo was nicely decorated cozy and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day on the beach. Each bedroom had its own TV, this was a plus for us having young adult kids along. The only con I can think of is the downstairs bedroom has two twin beds with a footboard attached. Not a problem if you have younger smaller kids but a little two small for my older children. They were fine and didn't complain about being two big for the bed. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking essentials. I can't really find anything negative. I will definitely book this property again in the future.

Glass sliding door jams and doesn’t slide good. Bathroom floors were a little dirty and need to be updated. Pool was very nice.

A lovely stay

This was a wonderful stay. The location was perfect and the condo was lovely. The decor was nice and relaxing. The back deck had a great view. A short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the pool (which does close as dusk FYI). Through no fault of the property owner, housekeeping did leave a nice sized load of clean dishes in the dishwasher and a huge load of towels in the dryer which i didn't care for due to the fact I was on vacation and didnt want to do kitchen and laundry. It was a great stay overall.

Just what we needed!

We chose IOP to celebrate a milestone birthday within our family, bringing 3 generations. We were thrilled with this rental: spacious, clean and each bedroom had its own bathroom. The deck overlooks the pool and beach, perfect to see the sunrise and easy walking to the beach. The property managers were very responsive and super helpful. The unit came with just enough cleaning essentials like trash bags, dishwasher pods, etc. Loved the little toiletry bags too! We hope to return!

Quick Vacation

We had a lovely visit and really enjoyed our stay. The property was very quiet and just steps away from the beach. I will say though that the unit could use a little update but all in all it was a nice vacation.

Perfect vacation spot

You cannot go wrong staying in this condo. The condo itself is spacious and comfortable. We had 5 adults and 1 teen and never felt like we were on top of each other. The view off the deck is breathtaking. The beach is never crowded and access is literally right outside the front door. We had 1 small issue with a clogged sink. The property manager was super responsive and had someone out there within 30 minutes to fix it. I would highly recommend staying here - so much so that we are booking again next year!

Great Beach Stay

We had a great time staying at this property. There was plenty of space and the decor was so cute. It was a very short walk to the beach. The host was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back!

Maybe it's normal for South Carolina but I think in other locations on the ocean it is normal for the owner to provide beach towels and beach chairs.........no problems other than that.

Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family for 4 (2 kids under 4) and our mothers. It was spacious. We loved that all bedrooms had their own bathroom. It was a close walk to the ocean and pool. The view of the ocean was great.

Beautiful Beach Condo

The condo was beautifully furnished and had plenty of room for our family of 5. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. The only reason it got a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness was it was pretty dusty in places but was very well maintained and clean in the important areas.

Beach Gem

Wonderful place. Very nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Very easy check in and check out. Short walk to the beach. Kitchen had just what we needed. Everything was clean and ready to go for us. Would definitely stay here again. Managers were very responsive!

Nice stay in Wild Dunes

Overall it was a nice stay. Location is great. Check in process was very easy. The condo could use some updating, and the use of beach chairs/towels would have been nice. The white couches showed some wear, but not too many complaints. The stairs inside need attention though. Each step has an awkward “toe/cap” on it that we found to be a major trip hazard , especially coming down the stairs. Some minor changes and this condo would be five stars.

Nice views, but needs updating and lots or personal things/clutter.

It had a nice view, but was in need of repair (i.e. balcony door) and all fabric was extremely stained. Didn’t feel like there was really a clean place to sit but in the bed.

Great location and comfortable rooms.

The only negatives are that the furniture and rugs need updating. The sliding glass door to the balcony need fixing since it’s hard to open. The bathrooms need updating. The towel rack in master bath needs fixing. Positives are great location and view and short walk to beach. Pool is nice. Beds are good. Kitchen is good. Thank you!

Amazing stay!!
