Absolutely the best location in Palm Springs (closest single family home in relation to downtown Palm Springs). Eat at one of Palm Spring's most famous restaurants; Viceroy, Melvyn's, Spencer's, Wangs. Go shopping, see a movie, spoil yourself at a day spa, take in the art museum, visit a gallery, try your luck at the casino, go on a hike or refuel yourself at one of the many local coffee houses. ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE! If you still have the energy once the evening comes, go around the corner to one of the may bars, nightclubs or restaurants. Arenas Road is only a half a block away. No car needed!

This home is located just two blocks west of Palm Canyon Blvd. Some of the features include:

Flat screen TV's in every bedroom. Big screen in living room.
Private salt water pool and spa.
BBQ.
Free internet and cable.
Fireplace.
Central heating and air conditioning.
Each bedroom has it's own private entrance.
Hammocks for reading, relaxing, or taking a nap.

Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.

Gorgeous Spanish Gem!

This is a charming, beautiful home. It is as pretty in person as the pictures show. We had 6 adults, and plenty of room.The backyard is much bigger than photos show, and the pool is fantastic. Add the perfect location, and it was dream come true!

Wonderful location!

La Casita was everything we expected it to be. The house was as the perfect size for 4 adults, and was tastefully decorated. We appreciated how well stocked the house was, with games, kitchen gadgets, books, etc, and the pool and grounds are lovely. The location is the real star of this property, however….within walking distance of downtown. Manager was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to La Casita!

A perfect getaway

My wife and I spent four nights at the Casita. Perfect location. Walked everywhere. Close to great restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the privacy and quiet of the pool and spa. Looking forward to going back someday.

Cozy and central

We really enjoyed our stay at the Casita :) The property has a lovely back patio and it's walking distance from downtown. We also saw lots of hummingbirds in the garden which was a treat!!

La Casita

We really enjoyed our stay. It was great for walking to downtown. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The landscaping was really nice. It was peaceful and the view was beautiful. The house was small, but plenty of room for 3 people. My only complaint was the size of the jack and jill bathroom between the master and second bedroom. It was challenging for two people to share. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing!

The property was beautiful and had every amenity we could ask for. Along with with property being great, it was centrally located to downtown Palm Springs. My family and I were able to walk everywhere. The property is also closely located to prime hiking trails. This property enhanced our vacation! We would highly recommend anyone else to stay here, whether they have children or not. Would definitely stay at this VRBO again if we were traveling to Palm Springs again.

Ac terrible noise

The noise from the AC IS TERRIBLE AT NIGHT THE UNITWAKES YOU UP WHEN IT COMES ON. Single pane windows and the bad location really 0f the ac unit effects ability to sleep.

Perfect Oasis

This home was perfect for our family! The pool was beautiful! Amazing outdoor space has plenty of shade from umbrellas, lounge chairs, a hammock and a bbq. We enjoyed every minute! We look forward to staying again in the future!

Had a wonderful time, Loved the hot tub, fantastic location! Close to everything! Great communication with property manger, one small issue of a broken lock, it was fixed within a half hour!!!

Clean, comfortable, close!

Everything about this adorable casita was as represented by the owner. Charming, well appointed, and so close to everything. We spent most of our time in the lovely back yard by the pool. This was our second stay, and we will be visiting again.

Perfect location to walk to town

Highly recommend the La Casita! We booked the house to attend a wedding at Casa Cody… we were able to walk to the hotel and all weekend events and get togethers in town. The backyard pool was wonderful for relaxing in between!

Great Getaway

Really nice for a family getaway. Room for everyone and the second bathroom very helpful. Furnishings were clean and comfortable. We had hot weather and spent most of the day in the backyard around the pool. It is a salt water pool so no chlorine smell or dryness. We had it heated and the temperature was perfect. Location is an easy walk to shops and restaurants but just far enough away to avoid traffic and noise.

Beautiful Home

Great property with a terrific pool and yard. Terrific location to access downtown Palm Springs. Very responsive property manager and the home is well maintained with a gardener and regular pool cleaning. Was disappointed that the pool heating system would not allow us to heat the jacuzzi spa and the pool at the same time, turning on the pool heat would cool down the spa to match the pool, this was frustrating because we paid for pool heating and frequently wanted to use both spaces at the same time.

Terrific stay

I have been staying for years in the Tennis Club neighborhood at one of the small inns that I love. But when a few friends wanted to come along we decided to look for a house. This house was more than perfect for us. We loved the pool, sitting on the front porch with morning coffee and being able to walk to restaurants.

Beautiful Getaway for Friends’ Wedding Week

Some friends and I stayed at La Casita to celebrate our dear friends’ marriage. To say that this place is amazing is an understatement! Nestled within a quiet neighborhood and within a 5 minutes (or fewer) walk to downtown Palm Springs. I would recommend this house to anyone and hope to stay again. The entire team was so friendly and accommodating and answered all questions in a timely manner. We had a magnificent stay!

Heavenly Stay

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, an easy walk to anything downtown. LOVE the home and the yard, such a cute place and we used the pool a ton. The umbrellas were perfect for letting us stay in the shade and the big table is great for a central spot to gather. The home is very clean and organized, had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The property management company was super, very responsive, easy to work with and contactless check-in and check-out. We LOVED our stay!

Location and Pool for the Win!

If you read the other reviews, you already know this rental has high praise for the location and the backyard pool - they are right! The backyard was the perfect retreat I was hoping for, and I found it quiet and relaxing. The spa/hot tub was a little daunting because it has manual controls, and the pool can get a bit warm like bath water for periods of the day when outdoor temps rise. The interior of the home was a little less than ideal for my preferences. The square footage is similar to my own beach home, however, it feels small because each room is very segmented. I cannot imagine having more than a couple of people stay. The dark and heavy furnishings and linens defuse the potential magic of this spanish bungalow, and make it quite dreary. The bedrooms are plenty big but the living room and kitchen lack open entertaining space. There is an outdoor dining table for about 8, but the eat-in kitchen is tiny. Lastly, the property needs a good deep cleaning, linens need to be replaced, and drawers and closets need to be reorganized. Things are just stuffed (without logic) into places, so it was difficult to find things. I will say the dishwasher and washer/dryer work very well. Most sheet sets are stained and dingy, and the draperies are covered in dust. In fact, a friend visited for one night and had such a horrible allergic reaction she barely slept. I really did enjoy the peaceful nature of this rental and the location was perfect to walk into town. It's a gem of a house, but I just did not care for the interior space and the overall dusty/dinginess of it.

Amazing hideaway near downtown Palm Springs!

This house was a perfect, quiet escape for our family (my wife and two kids under 7). The pool is immaculate, walking distance to downtown PS, and the house is cozy and very functional. Would highly recommend if you want to stay in PS and walk everywhere!

Wonderful house in perfect location

This was the perfect spot for my friends and me. Nice bedrooms & bathrooms, a comfy living room and a very well-equipped kitchen (including high quality pots & pans, blender, grater, microplane, colander, fine mesh sieve, plenty of spatulas, whisks and tongs, pretty much every kitchen tool you could think of) that was perfect for preparing lunches and dinners all week (having a grill on the patio was helpful too). The pool is lovely with plenty of seating and umbrellas; I was slightly concerned about privacy based on some of the photos but it’s really just one corner window in the neighboring house that overlooks the pool and there’s a tree partially blocking it. Definitely did not feel like we were “on display” or lessen our ability to relax and spend the majority of every day out enjoying the sun and water. But maybe the biggest benefit to this house is the location - you truly cannot beat it, with pretty much the entirety of downtown Palm Springs within a 10 minute walk. Especially lately when getting Ubers/Lyfts can be tough it was great to be that close that we could easily run to the grocery store, liquor store or pharmacy to pick things up as needed, stop by somewhere for a quick drink or app without feeling like we had to stay out the rest of the night or worry about getting back from the bars if we stayed out too late. Highly recommend, have been anticipating this trip for months and we were not disappointed.

Downtown Palm Springs Gem!

La Casita was a perfect fit for us. The location could not be better, just three blocks from all the downtown restaurants and shops. The pool and spa were clean and well kept. The backyard was very private, and there was lots of shade. The kitchen was well equipped. Nick & Jerry, the property agents, were outstanding. It was a pleasure to work with him. We liked it so much, we are coming back next year.
