The City Of Palm Springs ID# 2634

Highly sought, established, tranquil south Palm Springs neighborhood. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home was just updated with new flooring, kitchen and mid-century furnishings designed by award winning San Francisco interior designer. Featured recently in design blog The Style Saloniste.

Very clean and bright interior and unobstructed western view of the San Jacinto Mountains with no power lines. Close to shopping, golf and water park.

Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.

Escape from Wyoming "spring"

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed this property. Beautifully apointed. We lounged by the pool and enjoyed the view of the mountains. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything.

A property and rental experience

Fantastic stay! The house was very clean, decorated in a fun way and spacious. The backyard is a show stopper and nicer than the pictures. We appreciated that they provided linens, plenty of towels and beach towels, hand soap and paper goods, and dish soap - nice details that made it so convenient since we flew in. Good communication and well organized check in with the manager. The house is on a quiet street and conveniently located. We would rent from this company again without hesitation.

Great location and great property

This was a great place to stay. The house was very well outfitted with great equipment in the kitchen etc. Location was great. Yard was a little lackluster but it had a pool which was the important part. Kids loved it.

Girls’ Trip!

What a beautiful property! Well maintained inside and out, very clean. Great location as well. Not a big deal but the coffee pot wasn’t working, it was replaced within 2 hrs! Thanks again. We had a great time!

Family Fun Time

Terrific location, close to grocery store and airport. Easy access to downtown. Pool and house were clean, beds comfortable, well stocked kitchen. Move-in was a snap and quick response to questions.

Beautiful place

Stayed for 5 nights with my best friend and my son. Inspired decor — even got some ideas for my house — fully outfitted kitchen. We bbq’ed and spent a lot of time in the pool. Temperature reached 112, but the ac kept us comfortable. Great location. Thanks for a memorable stay!!

Fantastic Weekend

House was fantastic . We had a garage door problem and the manager was out to the house in minutes. House was well equipped with pretty much anything you would need in the kitchen, plenty of towel for inside and by the pools. We had a wonderful time!! We will be back.

beautiful home

We LOVED this beautiful property! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 (ages 2-38). The backyard was gorgeous! And we all enjoyed our time in the pool! Our only gripe was that the a/c wasn’t the greatest at keeping the house cool in the hot palm springs summer, but that wouldn’t deter us from staying here again.

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway

Atomic Tiki was just what we needed. The inside has everything you need including comfy beds and one of the bedrooms has a desk for those who can't quite get away from work. The kitchen is modern and open, and the bathrooms arenice. The very private backyard pool area is very relaxing and the neighborhood is quiet. Pulling up every day to the beautiful front yard (those huge yuccas!) started the relaxing mood right away.

Top Stay in Palm Springs

My group and I attend Splash House in Palm Springs several times per year, and reserve a short-term rental property every time. The Atomic Tiki is by far one of the best and nicest properties we've had the pleasure of staying in. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy, and all of the toiletries and towels were fully stocked. 365 Vacation Rentals were just a phone call away all weekend, and were extremely accommodating to our entire groups wants and needs. The pool area was huge, fully equipped with plenty of furniture, a grill, and hammock. All of the appliances were modern and worked wonderfully. Plenty of parking for all guests. We will 100% be checking on what's available for the 2024 Splash Season through 365 Rentals. They are by far the most reliable rental group we've found in Palm Springs, and the overall quality of the stay truly exceeded our expectations.

Perfect stay in Palm Springs

Couldn’t have been better! Hosts were very responsive, made check-in easy and had thought of all the details in the welcome book. Really appreciated all the extra towels for the pool. We stayed with our adult daughter and elderly mom and everyone loved it! Would highly recommend the Aromic Tiki for a restful stay in Palm Springs!

A Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay at the Atomic Tiki! The mid-century interior design is beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen is modern and well supplied. The backyard and pool are beautiful with a nice view of the mountains to the west, and there was plenty of shade even on 100+ degree days. We hope we have the opportunity to stay there again soon.
