Great Stay

Located near the beach. There were beach chairs and a wagon to haul our items to the beach. The house was clean and served our needs.

Excellent location and outdoor living

Steps away from beautiful beach. Very clean. Outdoor living and landscaping, beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Construction Zone

Do not stay here unless you can confirm that construction on the house next door has been completed. Neither the owner or management company disclosed that a house was being built next door. We were unable to use the backyard or pool between 830 and 500 each weekday due to noise and debris coming into the yard. Spent three days dealing with the owner and management company to get out of our contract and moved to another property. Owner not cooperative. Once construction is complete, the house is very nice and in a great location with proximity to the beach. Construction should have been disclosed or a discount offered at initial booking.

Hello, thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we were also unaware of the construction issue, as it wasn't an issue at the time of your booking nor when the home was prepped for your arrival. The only projects that we receive notification of are projects that involve the homes we manage. Any other property could have work scheduled by their owners and those owners are not required to reach out to us or notify us. We are sorry that your stay was affected by this and was also the stay that notified us of the next-door home construction. Should you book with us again we hope to provide an overall better experience. Thank you.

Wir lieben Holmes Beach!!!!Die Lage des Hauses ist unschlagbar. Vor allem wenn man mit Kindern reist und die während man am Strand ist auf Toilette müssen :-).Haus ist typisch eingerichtet und gut in Schuss gehalten. Die Klimaanlage war etwas zu laut, das kennen wir auch leiser. Küche hat alles was man braucht.Der Salzwasser Pool war auch wirklich toll! Es gibt eine Aussendusche und einen überdachten Stellplatz für das Auto- beides auch sehr praktisch.

Perfect stay close to the beach

It was our 1st time on AMI and we loved it. This home provides all you need for a small family stay close to all.

Openings in the fence out back.

We loved this place. Exceptionally clean, convenient with the beach just across the street, close to all the boat launches. The ONLY ONE thing that was upsetting; we were told the fence around the back yard was secure. We brought our dog, and there were 2 spaces in the corners of the fence by the pool that were covered by the trees and landscaping that were actually open! Our dog found the hole and squeezed through the fence! He is a rescue so of course he RAN! We looked for over 30 minutes and finally a jogger ran by and told us he saw the dog down the street. He was running in/out of the heavy traffic in the road! We got him and brought him back, safely! After that we had to keep him on a lease in the back yard for fear of him escaping again. The holes in the fence need to be fixed or please tell guests that the fence is NOT secure. Other than THAT, the place and service was stellar and we would stay again!

Perfect place for a beach stay. Clean with all of the amenities and just a short walk to the beach.
