Welcome to Caribbean Reef! This gorgeous vacation rental property is a private and quaint villa. It has its own private heated pool, private patio space, and private parking. Nothing is shared with the adjacent villa except one common wall that is concrete block and well insulated to eliminate sound travel. This cute as a button 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home is centrally located on the Island and is just a short 2-minute walk from the white sand beaches!

This home was re-designed by one of the best interior designers on Anna Maria Island, with new couches, artwork, décor, linens, and comforters, and patio furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Each bedroom is furnished with flat-screen TVs and charming tropical-themed decor. The private and tropically landscaped backyard is a fantastic spot to spend quality time with your loved ones! Caribbean Reef has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a Master bedroom, located to the left when you enter the hallway, and has a King size bed and a TV. Located next to the Master bedroom is the second bedroom which also has a King size bed. Lastly, the third bedroom, which is located to the right when you enter the hallway, has two Twin beds. In addition, you will find 1 sleeper sofa. This unit comfortably accommodates a group of 6.
There are two bathrooms at this property. There is a Master bathroom connected to the Master bedroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is a separate bathroom with a shower/tub comnbination and is located right by the second and third bedrooms.
Ideally located on the Island this lovely home is close to the popular Pine Avenue on the Northern end and the Holmes Beach - Island Shopping Center just south of the property. It is also a quick trolley ride or an easy bike ride to the popular area of Bridge Street on Bradenton Beach.
