Excellent location with everything a few steps away! Comfortable for 6 adults, lots of little extras like coffee and spices that make the stay more enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

The unit was lovely...enough space for 5 adults. There is no central AC, but there were portable units for 2 of the 3 bedrooms and in the living area. The host included several portable fans as well. There was no dish rack so we used a towel instead when we washed our dishes. In unit laundry was convenient. This unit is literally around the corner from a Costco and the Stadium/Chinatown link stop. Took less than 5 minutes to walk there. Parking structure is tight. We had rented a minivan which we left parked in the dedicated spot in the parking garage for most of our trip. Traffic is awful in Vancouver since there are no highways through the city.

The condo was very clean and conveniently located. The shower pressure and temperature were both perfect! There are great restaurants within 15-20 minute walk and the condo kitchen is great for easy breakfasts. My son used the condo gym daily and remarked that it was clean convenient and safe. The luggage storage next-door was also very convenient (but not cheap). I deducted a star because of the following: The bunk room is not in an actual bedroom but an above average sized closet without windows or AC. The owner does put a fan in there which helps. The mattresses are pretty thin too so it's more conducive to small children. My 20 year old daughter found it uncomfortable after the first night. I think it would be okay for kids up to preteen age. I would also recommend new bedding in the master (it was pretty worn out and the pillows are very soft and have lost any form) and a new toilet seat in the master bath (it does not stay in place). I also recommend adding measuring spoons and cups to the kitchen (we appreciated the coffee ... thank you!)One final thing ... bring sleep masks. The black out shades don't fit well with the AC units so it's light inside the rooms at night. Not a big deal for us but I had my sleep mask.

This condo was great for our family trip! Very secure parking and condo building with excellent location easily walkable to all the downtown locations, aquabus, and transportation. There were lots of restaurants within a few blocks as well. The pool was under maintenance which was a bit disappointing for the kids but understandably unavoidable. Rafaela sent some local homemade bakery treats to the condo as a nice gesture given the unanticipated inconvenience. We would definitely rebook this condo on our next visit to Vancouver!

Great location!

I stayed here for a hockey weekend with friends and the location to Rogers Arena could not be any better! This spot is nice a spacious and easily slept four adults. It was close to pubs and restaurants, with lots of spots to walk around and explore. I recommend staying here!

Property was perfect for our visit!

Clean, quiet & comfortable with everything we needed. We could easily walk to coffee shops, restaurants, tourist destinations, and public transit. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean with clear instructions making checking in and out a breeze. There were many great food options within walking distance as well as a Starbucks and pharmacy for any needs during the trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed this property. We did have an issue with the tv (there were no remotes that worked the tv) but the Owner was really responsive and sent someone to deal with it right away. He was very responsive to all my inquiries right from the time of booking. This property is so close to everything we were doing - the Hockey Stadium and the Science Center. Great location.

The balcony overlooks a precious private communal oasis. It is minutes to the arena. Rafaela is very prompt with communication. We had a fantastic stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Awesome location for anything happening at Roger’s arena or bc place. Steps away from sky train station , Costco within walking distance. The apartment building was very secure and had great amenities! The apartment had everything we needed, would definitely come stay again!

Hotel alternative

Cute, cosy and quiet hotel alternative. Good location - walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping. Host was easily reachable and had a wee issue fixed immediately. Our family of 4 had a lovely stay.

Our stay had a rough start as we were outside the building for 30mins before we were able to get a response from the host and gain access to the apartment. I wasn’t impressed with the lack of comfortable seating in the living room. There was only a dated pullout couch/love-seat. No fabric chair as seen in photos on line. For a three bedroom apartment, I don’t know where everyone is supposed to sit. The deck had bird crap on it along with weeds growing in places. The bistro set on the deck looks old and should be replaced. The kitchen amenities were acceptable and we appreciated the coffee kcups that were provided. The pocket door to the separate bathroom is in need of repair. It served its purpose for us but I feel there was plenty of room for improvements for what it costs.

Stay in Vancouver

The apartment met our needs, although the 3rd bdrm in the “den” was more like a closet, with no windows. The hosts were great to communicate with, responding immediately whenever we reached out to them.
