We enjoyed our two night stay here, the unit was clean and prepared for our arrival. Parking was easy to find and the access to the building was smooth as well. It was alittle hard to communicate with the host but other than that a wonderful stay overall! Thank you

We stayed for 3 nights and think the location is excellent if you want to be near the Stadium. Also the sky train is next door as are shops, cafes, etc. It’s also easy walking distance to most city attractions. The apartment is larger than it looked and nicely laid out. Unfortunately it wasn’t very clean and there were a number of maintenance issues that had to be addressed including lights falling out of the ceiling. It’s a little tired which is a shame because it’s actually quite lovely. With some TLC it would be brilliant. The host communication was excellent. Fedelia was attentive, responsive and helpful. Also the check in process is very smooth and worked perfectly even though I was sceptical to start with! Overall a good location, lovely apartment but needs a good clean and repair of the maintenance issues.

Check-in was less than favorable, it was difficult at best. The crackheads out front by the entry did not make for a secure feeling. The balcony view was nice.One bathroom, the shower curtain kept falling, the other bathroom has a crawl in tub that you need a ladder for.

Awesome place to stay! Super clean, cozy, and roomy. Within walking distance to tons of amenities! The host also responds quickly to any questions you may have. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone and would 100% stay here again if ever back in Vancouver.

Great location of the property in proximity to the arena and sky train station. Good view and layout of the apartment as well. Check in process was stressful, would note somehow this needs to be smoother. The fob for parking did not work and there was little the host did for other than state they would order a new one. No entry to the parking without the fob, thankfully a fellow neighbor showed me a trick to get it to work- had to open the fob and hold the prong and the battery together to get it to work. Beds are quite creaky and the shower head in the ensuite is held up by a hair elastic, a few things need attention. Main note would be this apartment is quite warm during the summer there is no AC, the windows open and they had lots of fans but unfortunately for us we were there during a heatwave making the temperature almost unbearable.

Four of us stayed here for a weekend girls trip for my birthday. Great location. Close to grocery store, restaurants and Rogers Arena. The host was very responsive with any issues. For the light sleepers, it is next to the Skytrain and the bedrooms do look out onto it, so you will occasionally hear it. Overall great stay. Would stay here again.
