Cocoa Villa family home

The style of our home is beach farm house. Almost everything is brand new. Every bedroom has large windows, large closets, and are a good size. Living, dining, and kitchen are all open concept with a large covered screened in porch and sun deck attached. Large fenced yard has flowering bushes, mature trees and large bird of paradise plants that look like banana trees. We have everything that you would possibly need in a functional home and kitchen. The house is 15 minutes to the beach.

The house was cute and clean. We had a great time, and my kids played with some of the games and toys that were available. It was great for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, bowls, plates, and more. We bring our own coffee pot, but I couldn’t help but notice the different coffee options, which I loved!

The utilization of an older house is well thought out. Impressed with all the little extra touches that are not usually seen at rental properties (laundry baskets for each room, variety of laundry soaps and other kitchen essentials, etc}

Our stay and house were excellent! Lots of room and a big screened in porch! The house had everything you need to cook meals, etc. I would highly recommend and I would stay there again

Great Kennedy spot

The house was even better than listed. The host was super responsive. Fully stocked and close to everything you need or want to see. We will be back next year for sure.

A gem with lots of room!

This is such a cute house! Lots of room for our family Christmas gathering and so comfortable. The house was well stocked with almost everything you could want or need. We will definitely stay again. Although the neighborhood has a couple of houses that appeared ill maintained, we felt safe staying here. Having use of a carport was a bonus too!

Amazing place!

Very comfortable for our family of 5! Plenty of space and friendly hosts. The location was a convenient distance from attractions in the areas and shopping. I hope to rebook this home next time that I'm in the area!

Cocoa stay

We loved this property. Quiet neighbourhood and attentive hosts. Clean and beautifully decorated it had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even a kettle! Us Brits just love a cuppa. We have travelled extensively in the US and often end up boiling water in a saucepan, To achieve this end. The bed was super comfortable. I have dodgy hips and usually toss and turn all night to get comfortable. Not this time! I slept like a baby. Pity the mattress can’t come home with me. The kitchen is well equipped. Even down to herbs, cling film, tea coffee. We prefer to cook in, there was enough pots and pans to cater for our the family. We thought about using the bbq but decided not to as it might need some maintenance. We have the same make at home but the plates are infra red so are more efficient. We were able to do our washing before we left. Super quick washed and dried in an hour!!! Very impressed! We were very fortunate to see a launch of spaceX from the back garden. Memorable!!! Make sure you check out schedules. It’s something we will never forget.

Nice Cottage

Nice cottage to stay for a few days. A well-equipped kitchen ( we were even allowed to use the spices), 3 bedrooms with lovely beds ( the 2 single beds only moved a little too much because of the wheels underneath, this was a little less nice) a nice outdoor room with lanai and a BBQ. Sherilyn was a fine host who responded quickly to our questions. In short, we had a great stay

Great host and house

We were here for a softball tournament and had 3 families stay here. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and the property was maintained beautifully. Everything we needed was there and Sherilyn was very quick to respond back if we had a question. Highly recommended and we would stay there again if in the area

Great rental

We had a great stay! Loved the outdoor shower and covered patio. Rooms were spacious and inviting. Close to everything. Would definitely book thos home again.

Convenient location, very clean

We were getting married and needed a place for out of town guests. This property was perfect location very clean and well appointed. My nieces loved the outside shower and the screened in porch is great gathering space. The location isn’t too far from the beach and cape Canaveral. There was a rocket launch one morning and they were thrilled to see it from the yard and feel the rumble. Definitely would recommend and will rent from Sherylyn again. Very attentive host, responded very quickly to any questions we had. 5 stars all day long!

Spring break with family

Amazing communication with owner, she answered any and all questions no matter the time. The house was extremely clean, and had anything you needed. Even toys for the kids. The only problems we had was the step downs through the house, with a very active toddler, we had a few falls. Everyone loved the outside shower that we could use to wash the sand off after a day at the beach! And the back porch was a nice addition!

Great updated home. Perfect for our family.

Loved this home. Great back patio for morning coffee. Outdoor shower for those returning from beach. Great communication with hosts. Would stay again. Neighborhood raised a red flag at first. But there were no issues. It was a quite neighborhood with zero complaints.

Cocoa Florida Family Trip

The house was just as described and amazing! Plenty of space to accommodate my family. The screen porch was a great place to have morning coffee before everyone got up. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and pans and more to cook, felt like I was at home in my own kitchen. Great location and close to everything! We tried the recommended pizza place in the hosts’ very handy binder and the pizza was delicious! Definitely will be coming back!!

Comfortable and quiet

Easy arrival and check in/out. The property was clean and had little extras that I appreciated (extra pods for the Keurig, coffee creamer, a life saving bag filled with various shampoos, conditioners, and shower gel, etc). The location was great and close to several stores and restaurants. Maybe a 20 minute drive to Ron Jon’s, if even. I was in town with my father for a funeral and we both appreciated having a quiet, comfortable place to recharge. It was especially enjoyable to drink a coffee out on the enclosed porch. I’ll probably rebook future stays here since this location is very close to family and felt as comfortable as being in my own home.
