Location, location... Make your memories with us. Lovely beachside corner condo. Tastefully decorated for your enjoyment, with parking for 2 cars. Two comfortable queen size beds, one in each room. Pullout queen sofa in living area. Grounds have tropical foliage which is perfect to grab a book or a beverage and sit outside on the lounge chairs. Grill provided for easy dining. Washer/Dryer on premises. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, oven, microwave and dishwasher in 2021. New countertops Dec 2024. New bathroom vanity/mirror and lighting and freshly painted 2021. The shower head is awesome. Fully furnished condo with 3 smart TV's and high speed internet. Great for working from the condo. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and beach towels. Very desirable area in a quiet neighborhood. Stroll to the famous Cocoa Beach pier by way of the beach. Near Space Coast for rocket launches and close to the port for Cruise ships (5 minute drive) and Dining. The location is great for all activities of the surrounding area (Ron Jon's, restaurants, etc.) Interested in fishing or looking for some R & R this is the perfect location for it all. Nearby shopping, golfing, paddle boards, kayak rentals etc. All things beachside for your fun in the sun. Come stay in our clean condo and enjoy all Cocoa Beach has to offer. It's like your own little private beach. Paradise awaits...

Would return, was a very nice property and basically on the beach. Giving 4 stars because the internet was terrible, we couldn’t even wind down with streaming a movie at the end of the day without it constantly pausing and skipping and because we weren’t allowed to turn the thermostat below 70 degrees. 70 degrees is not a comfortable indoor temperature.

We had a wonderful stay here, convenient location, wonderful hostess with great communication.. they even let us check in early due to arriving earlier than expected. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect Memorial Weekend Memories

This cute 2 bedroom condo was "just right" for our stay at the beach. My husband was participating in a small private fishing tournament out of Port Canaveral and the residence of the tournament providers was just past the CoCoa Beach pier where the weigh-in party was so this place was right in the middle of both places which turned out to be perfect!

This is a lovely condo, very comfortable for all 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids- 13 y and 10 y ). Very close to the beach and everything we needed for the beach (beach chairs, towels and umbrella and 2 boogie boards —-the boys were thrilled). Coin-op laundry on premises, so convenient! Communication was great for gaining access or any questions I had, which was exactly one question. We will be coming back to this little gem !

We stayed here for nearly a week on cocoa beach. The accommodations were absolutely perfect! Beautiful condo, extremely clean and excellent location. An easy block walk to a portion of the beach much less busy than the rest of the beach. Also a close walk down the beach to the pier. The owners were kind enough to let us know about a last minute satellite launch which we watched from our section of the beach. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, lovely condo for a stay. We plan to return next year!

Exactly as advertised. Perfect for us to stay at the beach for a few days. Convenient that we could have meals there and didn't have to pay to have every meal in a restaurant.

Another Great Stay

This was my second stay here and Pat was so much help and so accomadating I can't say enough good things about her! Place is so cozy, clean and well stocked just like last time! Thank you again Pat for making a stressful last minute stay making Mom and I both feel much better!!

Short stay before going on our cruise.

The condo was very nice and well taken care of. We were hoping to be a little closer to the beach but overall the walk wasn’t too bad. I did like the fact that there were items from the condo to use while at the beach. We got to see a launch which made the trip even more exciting!

Cocoa Beach before the cruise

From the moment we walked in the condo was beautiful! Very clean and we LOVED it.. We were close enough to the beach that we were able to walk and very convenient to restaurants and the cruise port. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Clean and Close to the Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close walk to the beach. The rental was clean and everything we needed was provided. An extra plus was the chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards..we didn't have to bring as much from home in that regard. The rental was very quiet, we didn't hear anyone around us. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it was good to have if needed. All in all, a great stay. Pat was a great host and we would definitely rent this again!

Adorable & Great Location

My husband and I stayed here for a child free weekend getaway. The location is amazing. Very close to restaurants and activities. The condo was extremely clean, and much roomier than I expected. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great. Walking to the beach took maybe 5 minutes. The area of the beach was very quiet and not at all crowded. The check-in process was beyond easy, and the owner provided everything we needed for the beach. I have nothing negative to say-it was just a great little place. We will be coming back when we have a chance!

Hi, Welcome to our beachside 2 bedroom condo! We have owned since 2013 and love sharing our piece of paradise with travelers. We purchased in 2013 as it is close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoy walking and riding bikes, people are very friendly here. My husband and I are beach lovers and love dining at our local restaurants. Cocoa Beach is famous for the Pier which is a nice walk by way of the beach. Sometimes we walk over for lunch. We enjoy fishing and kayaking. You can rent both within walking distance at A1A Bike Rentals, just a short walk away. Our location is great for cruisers as the Port is just a 5 minute drive. Cocoa Beach is the closet beach to Disney which vacationers enjoy. We pride ourselves on cleanliness.
