**THE ELEVATOR WILL BE DOWN FROM OCTOBER 13, 2025 - NOVEMBER 15, 2025. Work will be done Monday through Thursday, 10 hours each day, until completed. To reduce the inconvenience caused by the elevator shutdown, the Board has arranged for a service in transporting luggage, groceries, and other items, for anyone needing assistance.
Service Availability:
• Wednesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
A service station will be set up near the elevator in Building 6000

***WINDOW AND DOOR REPLACEMENT PROJECT TO BEGIN 11/18/25 - April 2026. Each wave will take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete. Scaffolding will only be used on the parking lot side of building and man lifts will be used on the ocean side.
