***Location....Location "Ocean Front Villa 430 at Captain's Walk is located in Building #2 on the 1st floor, overlooking the pool and ocean. No need to use the elevator; this condo is 6 steps down to the walkway to the pool and another "quick minute" walk over the Board Walk to the beach. Come back to the Villa for a cold drink any time you want. Call the children in lunch from your patio; it's just that convenient. Plus I have provided 4 Beach towels and 2 beach chairs for your convenience. This 2 bedroom 2 Bath, ocean front villa, is located in prestigious Palmetto Dunes and a short walk the the General Store and Pickleball and Tennis Courts and Alexander's Restaurant. The villa sleeps 5 in beds. Freshly painted with all new luxury Vinyl flooring throughout. New living room furniture, new front loader washer and dryer, new microwave, and a fun coastal decor. 2nd bedroom updated with new furniture, mattress, and bedding.

The Kitchen is totally renovated with granite countertops, custom backsplash, and all stainless steel appliances. A new full size front loaded washer and dryer adjoins the kitchen for your convenience. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed with a 32 inch TV. The Master Bath has a custom vanity with granite countertops and a private bath and glassed in shower. Bedroom #2 has one twin bed and a full bed and a TV. The adjoining bath to Bedroom #2 is also updated with granite countertop and premium tile work in the shower/tub. area. The sliding glass door from the Living Room or the Master Bedroom leads to your private patio, complete with high top table and chairs and 2 chaise lounges. The Captain's Walk Community Grills are just a few steps away for the perfect beach cookout with 2 new propane grills. Our oceanfront villa is ready and perfect for your next family vacation!!! We are the owners and live locally in Hilton Head. We are always here to help you with any issues you may have during your stay.

This beachfront condo is great! I have been vacationing on Hilton Head for over 40 years and would highly recommend this accommodation. It is a gem! The hostess was very responsive and helpful. Do yourself a favor and stay here! Loved it!

What a perfect vacation condo. Clean bright well supplied. Manager checked in frequently. I have to mention all of the hooks to hang your clothes and towels in the bathroom and bedroom. You rarely find that. Location is perfect. Pool is literally a few steps away and ocean isn’t much further.

The unit was very clean. Everything was so well stocked that a person could need. There were even spices in the cabinets. Jan the host was most accommodating. I hope to stay in this unit again! We could not tell from the pictures that there was patio access from the living room. We thought it was only from the primary bedroom so we were pleasantly surprised. The whole experience was nice. All the other families staying in the complex were so friendly.

The condo was clean and very accommodating. We had everything we needed and a great location! More of a pool view than a beach view, but the trade off is the incredible proximity to the pool and beach. Literally just a few steps off the private porch. All instructions were great and we love being in Palmetto Dunes.

Great place to stay

The condo was great. This is our second time staying at Captains Walk and we loved it both times. Wonderful location and close to the beach. Perfect for a family trip!

Great place to stay and relax !

Property inside and out well kept and property manager extremely responsive’ would highly recommend Captain’s Walk and Palmetto Dunes. Family friendly too!

Another great stay

We’ve stayed at Jan’s property a few different times over the years and it is definitely our favorite. The location can’t be beat and the accommodations are comfortable and just what we need for a week at the beach. We’ll definitely be back!
