Wonderful retreats

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: BEAUTIFUL LOCATION AND HOUSE! Lack of communication within the rental management company caused us to walk in to an uncleaned rebtal, they got the cleaning crew out quickly and apologized for the miscommunication. Cleaning lady did a good job.

Great spot

Nice beach view and access. Plenty of comfortable space for our 6 older adult group. Very reasonable price.

I love this house!

Amazing home with fabulous views! The only need for improvement is the windows were very dirty and the blinds were in need of replacement. Very minor issue. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Christmas Vacation Time

Waking up Christmas morning with all my kids and grandkids was a memory to be treasured. Thank you for sharing your home and also having a tree already up and beautifully decorated.

Amazing getaway from crowds & beautiful view

Beautiful home with an amazing view. Plenty of space for everyone in the home & yard space with beach access right next to it! Perfect for my Jeep rides on the beach! When we arrived the water was turned off , they had someone out almost immediately as we went to walk the beach and came back to have it all ready! Beautiful views on the front porch. Neighbors all really kind. We’ll certainly be back. Temps during march were 56-75. But still perfect for us getting away from snow :)

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The location of the house is perfect and the size of the home was a lot bigger than we anticipated. Overall we loved it and already want to book again. If I am being super picky, the home could have been a bit more clean. The floors were really dirty upon arrival and it could have used a better dust job. But still would book again!

This is the second time we have rented this house. We plan to be back next year for Mardi Gras but unfortunately several elderly in our group have knee problems so we might have to find another house. This makes us sad because we love this one!!

Would have been better if we could have used the lift. Beds were comfortable, except for the futon...that mattress needs to be replaced. Could have used a cleaning..everything was dusty. Overall we were happy with it and would stay there again!

This place has ALL the charm!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am tempted to give this place a bad THAT IT WOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR ME YEAR AROUND! My family and I visit here every years. We love it! We don't even consider other places to stay. Perfect view and cozy comfort. I'm out of shape but I can still race my kids to the beach, that's how close it is! And there is nothing to obscure the view. The balcony has a brand new addition so there is plenty of space for activities. Lots of room inside with full amenities. Go for it, you won't be dissatisfied, I promise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We fell in love with this rental! The location was awesome!! Swede's employees were very helpful. This is my first time to rent from Swede's.I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness, though. We noticed dust and dirt that had accumulated behind tables,a large dead roach beside the refrigerator and a large dog bone in one of the bunk beds, even though the rental agreement stated No Pets! Over all, we will definitely rent this cabin again, and definitely rent from Swede's again!
