Beyond excellent!! Applewood exceeded our expectations. Very well maintained, great equipped kitchen, grandkids loved the pool. Host was so friendly and very easy to work with. Will definitely be staying here again.

The kitchen was randomly stocked with items for cooking, not necessarily the essentials. There were no trash bags in the home. The house was filthy pet hair dust bunnies cobwebs all over the home. The yard was full of trash and there were bags of dog poop by the front door.

Very sorry you encountered any issues at all. Our records indicate you did not not make report any issues during your stay. Random cooking items seems too vague with no explanation of what you mean by not necessarily the essentials. We will look at the kitchen inventory and ensure the basics are there. We do not provide any cooking oils or spices. Furthermore, we only supply a starter bag of trash bags in each trash receptacle along with one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels. All of this information was emailed to you 5 days prior to your arrival. So sorry if for some reason you missed that email. We will look also for whatever trash could be in the yard. Not sure about the bags you referenced by the front door or how you know what was inside them. We would have gladly attempted to make your stay more enjoyable had you expressed them to us during your stay. Again, sorry you all encountered any issues at all.

Great memories

Property was in a great location. Close to every thibg we wanted to do. The traffic was not bad and tge area was beautiful. We had a great time and look forward to going it again.

Nice family vacation

Despite the check in issues we had a great time In beautiful Smoky Mountains. Cabin is definitely beautiful in a close proximity to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Great family getaway!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! Having the indoor pool was a great bonus for our family. It was so nice to have such a clean cabin with so many fun amenities for everyone to enjoy! We definitely can’t wait to come back for our next vacation!

Amazing Applewood Manor annual family vacation. .

Applewood Manor is a wonderful cabin with great amenities. We were in the lower level pool and hot tub every day . Great location to everything in Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountain area 👍.

Beautiful cabin SO CLOSE to Dollywood

Cabin was beautiful and well maintained. We were planning a trip to Dollywood and could not have found a closer location. The front driveway is very steep, but there is a second drive that is more accessible. Would stay there again!

Family Vacation

We had a great time. The Cabin was very nice and clean. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Plenty of space and the decks were wonderful. We definitely will stay here again at Applewood Manor.
