Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time. My grandkids loved the arcade and pool. The views are unreal. Loved the location and great place for big families. Would definitely come back!

The pool and game room were a big hit with the family. The outdoor area and fire pit were nice to sit around at night.

Great cabin with great amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay at Papa Bear's Swimming Hole. Perfect place to stay with a family. Plenty to do both at the house and in nearby Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We would gladly come back in the future.

The big spacious house with two game rooms was a lot of fun. The views were spectacular. Convenient location to get to the tourist areas. The property manager was very quick to respond to any issues.

The house, owners and staff were amazing. The elevator was awesome. We had a visit from Smoky the Bear on 2 days. We also saw a beautiful eagle soaring in the sky. This is not a complaint - but the road to get to the house is pretty steep and winding. But what a awesome surprise when you get to the top.

We had a wonderful stay, beautiful, cozy cabin. There is one small steep hill coming up to be mindful of in the winter/snow time

House was clean and welcoming. Decorated so fun for the whole family. Good cooking equipment in kitchen and nice stove for cooking. Handicapped accessible amenities were great. My grandparents can’t get around very well, but this house was great for them. Kid and adults had fun in the arcades! Host was very responsive and easy to contact.

Great stay!

We loved this property and had a wonderful stay for a few days with our family. It was the perfect property for us to enjoy visiting, the area and all of the amenities! All of the beds were incredibly comfortable, variety of spaces to lounge and relax. We would come back here again!

The cabin was perfect kids were never bored!! And the pool alarm was perfect for small kids so you knew if anyone tried to get in the door!! Papa Bear himself came and greeted us our second day there and brought cupcakes for all the kids!! Very Clean .. BEDS were soooo COMFY!!! Plenty of sleeping room we had a total of 17 people in our family that went!! Hot tub was a perfect touch .. outdoor sitting are was so nice and relaxing!! The VIEWS were incredible for sunrise and sunset!! even though you are in a subdivision this cabin is tucked away by itsself and PRIVATE!!!!

Host/management team was outstanding. Had some minor problems that Val and Harold rectified with upmost professionalism. Accommodations and amenities were off the charts. We have been visiting the area at least twice a year for 20 plus years. Can't believe we haven't come accross this before. Without a doubt we will return for this experience again. Thanks everyone for making our famliy get away a true pleasure.

Very nice cabin. Great location

Love everything. Specially fire pit and grill pavilion and kids play room. We all enjoyed our stay there.

A cabin in the clouds with a view for miles!

A great cabin for our family! We enjoyed the outside area immensely! Spectacular views, easy to get to, plenty of parking and enough bedrooms. Could use some dusting and more storage in the kitchen. All in all, a great place to gather with family!

Great family getaway

From the minute we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice for our family getaway. The outdoor pavilion with its hot tub, fire pit, pizza oven, grill, and outdoor bar was just amazing! The house was perfect for us. The elevator was vital with 3 people in the party who are disabled. Great, great home away from home.
