Hola Amy; What a surprising review, you were very happy every time I checked in with you about your stay. The sewer broke down due tampons being flushed down the toilets, it was something that as owners we cannot imagine our guests will do, but we immediately called a plumber and the problem was solved quickly, when my husband came back to clean after paying the plumber, your husband had already cleaned the space; about cleaning dishes and put stuff back to the right place, it is something that every guest should do, you cannot expect us to wash your dishes and move furniture back. About towels we had many but you didn't request more when I checked about if anything was needed. Next time you should inform your needs so any host can provide what you need instead of waiting to place a review and not giving the chance for the host to know what was needed. I hope you had a safe and happy return to your home town.

It was an absolute pleasure hosting this party of four! They were respectful, friendly, and took outstanding care of our home throughout their stay. They left the house exceptionally clean and tidy, and everything was in wonderful condition when they checked out. Communication was smooth, and they treated our home with genuine care and respect. We would be thrilled to host them again anytime and highly recommend them to any host. Five-star guests all around!
