The property is amazing. From the beautiful landscaping to the pool, hot tub, cabana, incredible views, and the large home. It was like staying at our own private resort. The host was awesome as well.

This was a perfect location to host a family reunion. The home is spacious and comfortable. The pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, cabana/kitchen, multiple outdoor sitting areas and beautiful view of Mt. Diablo made it a memorable event for everyone.

Amazing long weekend with extended family at this beautiful and welcoming home! We loved the pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen - also appreciated the well appointed kitchen with everything we need to cook meals. Close to Lafayette and downtown San Francisco - it’s beautiful! Chris, the host, is gracious and available for any questions. We’ll be back! Highly recommend!

The pictures don’t give it justice as to how nice this property is it had plenty of room. It was well appointed, and we will definitely be making a trip back at our next visit to the Lafayette area.

This property was amazing! Great views and the outside area with the pool, jacuzzi and grill were fantastic! The only thing to note is that we had elderly people with us and it was tough for them going up and down the stairs to get to the pool and jacuzzi so just a consideration if you have difficulty with stairs. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and Chris was an attentive host, thanks!

Parts of the property are stunning, thoughtful, and match the price and promise of the listing. The pool area is magical, parking is great, bedrooms are well sized. Many decks. But the house HVAC is flatly insufficient; during our stay the house could not be cooled below 80 degrees during the day, and the host did or could not provide guidance or assistance to improve the situation. With young children and several elderly guests, it was uncomfortable to the point of being problematic. Also, the house lacks an internal area with sufficient seating for everyone in the house, it isn’t evenly stocked to handle the number of occupants it advertises (plenty of towels; not enough silverware). So parts of the house are amazing, but the basics - comfort, utility - ine expects from a property are missing, and the result is disappointing/uncomfortable.

Amazing space for our family reunion. Had enough space for family that flew in from all over the states, as well as hosting family in the bay area for dinners and swimming. Everything we needed and more we hadn't thought we needed was provided.If we can ever manage to get everyone in the family together in one place again, this is the place they all said they want to come back to.Chris is a fantastic host. Easy to get in contact with for any question.

Indoor area is well furnished and very comfortable with functional layout.Views of the surrounding areas approx 300 degrees.Modern Kitchen,breakfast banquette area looks east toward early morning sun and pool in full view just below.Full audio and visual features in and around deck area.

If you enjoy garden color, you will be happy to see a mature landscape add to the beauty.Much in Lavenders,Roses and other bedding plants.The entire backdrop for photo moments will be a definite feature for you and family.Fall brings an unbelievable color to the property as the strategic planting of Maples come alive !

Pool area gets in access of 9 hrs of full sun (peak)with umbrellas, lounges, kids " floaties " and cabana for protection if desired.The beach entry are gets the very last and facing east the setting sun on Mt Diablo is a highlight as you settle down to dinner. All amenities are right at your fingertips and an after dinner drink around the fire pit or another dip in the pool will truly put you in the relax mode...as the sunset gives way to the twinkling light on the distant peaks and lower valley.Watch for the beam of orange light as it slowly breaks behind the Mountain.....the moon is in full view from this area and breathtaking when it is full and very hard to cut the evening short.Cabana equipt with change/bathroom.
