Great Girl's Trip!

We loved the house especially the proximity to downtown. We had a girls weekend and loved the home. This is my 2nd time I have rented. Will rent again.

Beautiful house right downtown

We've been to Murphy's several times over the years and this house tops my list of favorite stays. It was beautiful and right in the heart of it all. We really enjoyed our stay!

Ironstone Amphitheater

Excellent! Location Location Location walk to everywhere. The house was perfect for 3 couples or 8 friends as one bedroom has 2 Q beds. The house was immaculate n arrival and all our Ned’s were met. Looking forward to staying again

Only home to stay when visiting Murphy!

Beautiful home! It is exceptionally well constructed and very well decorated. The location is the BEST! You will love the front porch! The pictures online are good, but the home is much better than the pictures can show. I highly recommend staying at the "Old School House"!

College girls Weekend

We loved our stay at the old school house in Murphys. The house was beautiful and completely updated. The kitchen was well stocked and the porch and covered patio made great dining options. We were able to walk everywhere. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent location

The house is super charming and cozy! I’ve stayed in a lot of places up in Murphy and I’d have to say so far this is my favorite, the location is wonderful, it Is near all of my favorite places! I will definitely book here again!

Spacious house; great location!

My husband and I stayed here two nights with another couple. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed.The center of town is only a couple of blocks away.

This property is beautiful and perfect location. Our daughter got married at ironstone and we had a wonderful time. The only problem was the air conditioner went off about five times.

Great house!

Very cute updated home with everything you need for a weekend stay. Plenty of parking. Walk to downtown Murphy's shops and restaurants. Would stay again!

One of the nicest VRBOs we've stayed in

We loved everything about the property. It was so convenient to downtown walking, the furnishings and kitchen were beautiful. We loved the front porch. All in all, it was a wonderful property. I am asking friends when they want to go back.

Bride’s family

It was a perfect spring weekend for our daughter’s wedding at Vida Buena Farm in Vallecito. The house is spacious and well laid out including the rocking chairs and table/chairs on the porch. The upstairs bedroom with 2 beds is large and easily accommodated the bride’s garments and pre-wedding photo session. The location right off Main Street was a quick walk to the rehearsal reception at Hovey and the after party at Murphy’s Hotel. Definitely recommend!

Sassy Getaway

My girlfriends and I had a much needed getaway in this beautiful home right next to the Main Street in Murphys. The house was so cozy, accommodating for our needs and lovely. As a group of teachers, the fact that this was an old school house made it even more memorable. We will definitely be back!
