The South Beach Condo Hotel was your typical vacation spot. The building is older and a little worn down, but overall very well kept. Accessible parking, clean pool, and a nice walking path just between the condo building and the beach! Great vacation spot and would definitely recommend!

Great view a few minor things I personally didn’t like, the master room had a funny smell, and the sofa chair in the living room had a funny smell. Other than that everything else was fabulous!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great stay at Treasure Island

We had a great stay at the South Beach Condo Hotel. The condo was perfect for our family with 2 bedrooms, nice living room, and balcony overlooking the pool and Gulf. We enjoyed table tennis and shuffleboard on the grounds, and of course the beautiful wide beach.

Great Time

We really enjoyed our stay. Place was very clean and the grounds were kept beautifully. Perfect location as well. We love going to Treasure Island but this was our first time staying here. Will definitely come back.

Stayed for Christmas

My husband and 3 children and I stayed for Christmas and had a wonderful time. It was clean, easy access to the beach, close to restaurants and shopping. They view was beautiful, the pool was heated and none of us wanted to leave.
