Our Mahana Unit 815 is an 8th floor oceanfront one bedroom located in the Lanai tower with a king-size bed in the bedroom and the living room has a queen sofa bed with a brand new 8 inch mattress! You will enjoy having two bathrooms. The unit serves four guests very comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped including refrigerator with icemaker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender and all kitchen utensils. Also included for your convenience is salt and pepper, spice rack, plastic wrap, foil, baggies, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner (small starter bottle) and hair blow dryer. All linens are provided including extra bedding and towels. Also available for your use are beach towels, a cooler and 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs.

The unit has two flat screen televisions with remotes, one in the living room with a DVD player and the other in the bedroom. A stereo is provided in the living room with CD player and docking station. Central air conditioning, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board and extra hangers all make your stay more relaxing. The tiled lanai is spacious with patio table and four chairs. The unit is approximately 1056-sq. ft. and the interior is decorated in Hawaiian motif.

For stays 14 nights and longer, a mid stay clean is required.

Wonderful location and views

The suite was very clean and well appointed, we loved staying there and hope to return! There was very good communication with the property manager, and they have a very smooth process for check in, parking, etc.

We butt right up to the boardwalk which takes you all way to the Sheraton, many restaurants within walking distance, grocery, coffee, medical and food trucks all across the street! AMAZING!!

I cannot say enough good things about this clean beautiful condo. The condo alone made our trip so special. The secret is the coral down at the beach. All of the seas life wants to go to that coral we spent every day watching turtles dolphins fish swim right out our window. It was unforgettable and Alicia the host was just as amazing. I would recommend this condo to anyone!

We have the best of both worlds - with the coral we get all of the sea life and short walk south down the beach (literally a very short walk) you can then enter the water safely for swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, etc. Turtles are coming up all the time, seals to take a nap. Oceanfront bliss

We wanted an oceanfront property with a kitchen and this place was great. Some construction was onsite but we were made aware of it and it didn’t bother us. Incredible walking to resort beach bars. Good driving to shopping and food.

Can’t miss with the Mahana

Very clean and nicely appointed unit - spices, coffee, and filters provided along with anything you would need in the kitchen. Beautiful view of course - watched 4 sea turtles daily and walked the beach. Food trucks, Times Market L&L Hawaiian BBQ, and fish market all right there - easy to take food back and eat on the deck with the best views :). Highly recommend this unit and the Mahana if you want the old Hawaii feel and away from all the Kaanapali beach craziness.

Great oceanfront condo

The Mahana truly is oceanfront and Mahana 815 is a great spot, relaxing on the lanai watching the whales, turtles and seals. The Kaanapali beach stretches for miles to the south, providing great beachwalking opportunities. The unit is spotless and well-equipped. Communication and check-in were very efficient. We would not hesitate to come back to this unit again.

Lovely condo, enjoyable stay

We have come to Maui for the last 12 years. We have stayed at Mahana for the last 4 years. We stayed in Unit 815 for this trip and we loved the unit. All units have an oceanfront view that cant be beat! This unit offered 2 bathrooms which was a plus while traveling with a teenage daughter. Alicia, the property manager was great to work with and went out of her way to help us feel most at home. I would definitely consider staying at this condo again.

The view!!!! Amazing

My family and I stayed for spring break trip recently. Condo was nice and clean just as advertised. Great location. However, you did have to walk down the beach a bit to get water you could actually go in as the water in front of the condo has a bunch of coral. the views were amazing coming from three hours difference I would wake up at 5 AM and the Moonlight hitting the ocean was a beautiful site. Would recommend.

Best view ever

This was my husband’s first time to Hawaii & Maui. The location was beautiful. It was on the 8th floor and loved watching the sunset’s every evening. The condo had the comforts of home & was fully stocked with all necessary amenities needed. Also walking distance to shops & food trucks. Best thing of all was listening to the ocean waves while falling asleep. Incredibly peaceful!!

Excellent stay!

You can’t go wrong staying at the Mahana! This was our first time staying in this particular unit, but our 5th time staying on property. Overall, the unit was clean and well-appointed with an excellent view! The bed was very comfy and the whale watching from the balcony was awesome. There was some construction going on at the property while we were there which isn’t ideal, but Alicia communicated about it ahead of time and there were no surprises. We would stay here anytime, construction or not! Thanks for a wonderful week!

You cannot beat being 100% oceanfront and just steps to the ocean and beach!! Oh and the whales and the sunsets, a once in a life time experience!! Wonderful beachfront condo

My family of 4 stayed at this wonderful property for our first vacation to Hawaii. The unit was exactly as described, very clean and comfy. Although it is a bit dated, it was extremely well kept and had everything we needed for our stay. The property has a great location and amazing view overlooking the ocean. Alicia was extremely responsive and proactive in checking in on us. The property also has a modest but adequate pool that the kids really enjoyed. The building does provides a concierge service to make reservations and book tours, if you need it. Overall a wonderful stay and we would recommend it to friends and family.

Aloha Deepa & Mahalo for your review! Being 100% oceanfront and 50 feet from the waters edge, our views are amazing! No, we do not have the crazy big pools like the young family complexes do like Honua Kai and as a result, we don't have the high prices like they do either. We are a smaller complex which doesn't bring in the amount of guests making the Mahana much quieter and relaxing. Our concierge service is wonderful, thank you for mentioning! I do recommend contacting me prior to arrival to book activities as they do fill up. Our units are a work in progress with updated counter tops, stainless steel appliances, Hawaiian motif, and new walk in showers. There are more updates coming, which in the mean time keeps our rates lower than others. Thank you again for your review and staying with us. Our New Maui Home Away from Home!

Amazing! We have stayed at 4 different Mahana condos and Unit #815 was by far THE best! Mahalo Alicia and the owners for being a delight to work with, very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The condo was exceptionally clean and well maintained with upscale furnishings, art, well-stocked kitchen with quality appliances and utensils. We had a gorgeous view from the lanai where we watched turtles, spinner dolphins, fish and a whale. We are anxious to return again and again! Mahalo Nui Loa, Maui Lovers

Owners Ben & Evie Leland are retired and enjoy giving back to their community. They are proud owners of 2 condos at The Mahana. They were both in construction for over 30 years, have 5 children and 13 grandchildren. Alicia with Visit Maui Beach is their booking and management agent. Alicia lives in Seattle Washington and has 5 children. We love our small family run business, our properties are amazing, very well kept and we offer over the top customer service.

Our unit 815 is not only gorgeous, but it also offers 2 bathrooms, and is literally steps from the beach! You will not find another condo as close to the beach as units at the Mahana, it really is a hidden oasis, you will be so happy here! We have a fabulous team set up in the event the condo should need any attention during your stay. We offer fabulous customer service, love what we do and our reviews speak volumes! Heaven sent sunsets every night and the Mahana sits so close to the ocean, you fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves. I heart Maui!
