Stunning 4 story house with exquisite views of Morse Reservoir. 800 square feet of lake front with multiple decks and places to relax. Recently 100% renovated with premium accommodations. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, great room with gas fireplace, large dining table, gourmet kitchen, game room. theater room. Sleeps up to 20 people. 8 TV's and DVD's, game system, wifi, arcade system, pool table, electronic dart board, bar with kitchen, full laundry room. Lots of games & DVD's for indoor use.

All outdoor equipment provided to enjoy the grounds and lake. 7 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, Canoe, lily pad, yard games, outdoor seating including L couch on back deck, lounge chairs, multiple chairs, fire pit area. Boat dock to moor your own boat.

Family birthday reunion

Six siblings 66-80 and families gathered for the first time since 2013 to celebrate the oldest turning 80 this month. This location was central for everyone coming in from Delaware, Colorado and northern half of Indiana. We made the most of our time, eating, visiting and playing cards. Never even used the third floor! So much space. Would be a great summer reunion spot. Hope to return one day!

Wonderful Getaway on Morse Reservoir!

The property is amazing and full of fun activities for all ages! From kayaking to billiards and movie theater, this is the perfect house to spend time with family and friends! It is furnished beautifully, the kitchen is very well stocked, and we loved every minute of our stay at Sycamore Cove!

Beautiful property and house

This house is nestled on a beautiful piece of property overlooking the lake. There was plenty of room for our three families to be together but not on top of each other. The back deck was a great spot for family dinners and the kids loved the pool table, Pac-Man, and theatre room. The house was clean and the host was extremely responsive and easy to work with.

Beautiful and spacious

Celebrating a family wedding in the area and this house was perfect for family coming from different places. Everything was perfect. The space is amazing and so beau. Host/hostess were very accommodating and answered questions quickly. Five stars all the way

Excellent Lake House for a Group

9 adults stayed here over the weekend and none of us could say anything negative whatsoever. This place is amazing in every regard. We loved the Kayaks, beach area, grill, basement hangout area, and the theater room. Thank you for giving us all a great weekend to remember.

Wonderful home for family wedding

We stayed here for a family wedding, and the home was great! We had plenty of room, and enjoyed views of the lake every morning and evening. Our son-in-law docked his boat at the floating dock and we enjoyed cruises around the lake. The VRBO host, Lori, checked in and was very responsive on any questions.

Fabulous, Cozy, Comfy Lakehouse that has it all

We were a group of 10 from 3 states that all love this house. Beds were comfy, house was updated and furnished beautifully, every piece of furniture was comfortable! Plenty of spaces to play, relax and visit. Access to lake easy, floats, kayaks, sups and oars and life jackets easily accessible. The small ‘ beach’ area was a perfect gathering spot for rest from the lake. Absolute Perfect house. Owners were exceptional! BEST EVER

Noblesville Bachelor Weekend

Absolutely fantastic weekend at Lori’s lake house. Lori was extremely communicative and easy to work with. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay, including leaving some fresh veggies from her farm for us for a little bit of a late check-in (which was not at all her fault). The house was in great shape, fully stocked, and accurate to the description. We had a great time grilling out on the huge grill, enjoying the lake and beach area, and taking the kayaks and paddle boards out. I couldn’t rate this property any higher - thanks Lori!

Best VRBO Experience Ever!

I have stayed in about 50 different vrbo’s and this was definitely one our best experiences ever. The house was perfect for us. The lake was a blast and we loved hanging out on the deck.

Great Location for Family Weekend

The property was perfect for a family weekend and reconnecting. With the 3 indoor living areas, the deck, and the beach there are multiple great places to spend time together. The host was wonderful to work with. We hope to be back!

Family trip

We loved this property and hope to return next summer. There was something for all ages 2- 70...sand lots, pool, darts, videos, outside relaxation, and fishing was great. Even caught a few catfish! Lori was great! You will enjoy your time there.

INCREDIBLE lake house!!

Best VRBO ever! The hosts are incredibly friendly, well organized, and responsive. The property is absolutely amazing and has everything you need for a fun lake weekend! The house is right on the water is stocked with everything you need to have fun — they have kayaks, floaties, a pool table, dart board, games, TVs, and enough couches and beds for everyone! 100 million stars!!

Amazing weekend in a fabulous home!

The property was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies you can think of, including a welcome basket full of snacks and beverages. The rooms were very well appointed. The property provided the perfect getaway for a ladies trip! It is also the perfect home for families as there is a game room and media room for watching movies. We are looking forward to booking this property and location again!

Great Friends Vacation

3 families (15 people) stayed for 3 nights. Plenty of beds/space, seating and kitchen space. Winter vacation, so we did not utilize outside options. The kitchen was very well stocked and even had a treat basket for us. Lori answered any questions within minutes and was very easy to work with. Would gladly stay at Sycamore Cove again!

Thanksgiving Fun

Gorgeous views of the lake with a super host! The house is well equipped for multiple people from towels and bedding to place settings and cookware. We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and everyone had so much fun playing pool, video games, board and card games to watching football and movies. The kitchen was well equipped to handle cooking for a large crowd. Excellent place to stay with a great host.

FFA Convention

This property was perfect for our FFA group to stay in while we were in Indy for the National FFA Convention! Plenty of space and had all the amenities that we needed.

Just started renting short term vacation rentals but have been renting other properties since 2013. Family runs a home renovation company as well as has a popular You Tube channel on home renovations.

Husband & business partner renovate houses and they purchased this property in 2016 and rehabbed every part of it. Our family had such a good time visiting while the property was being flipped that we decided we couldn't part with it and wanted to keep it and share it with other families.

It is a very unique property as it is at the end of a secluded road with only 1 neighbor next door. It is very relaxing and offers activities for all family members while also giving everyone the space they need.

Everyone who has stayed at the property has raved about what a good time they had, how nice the property and accommodations are. Picture don't capture the beauty of the property and house.
