You won't find a more affordable place for a large group in a beautiful setting!

Stunning 4 story house with exquisite views of Morse Reservoir. 800 square feet of lake front with a sand beach and multiple decks and places to relax. Recently 100% renovated with premium accommodations. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, great room with gas fireplace, large dining table, gourmet kitchen, game room. theater room. Sleeps up to 20 people. 8 TV's and DVD's, game system, wii Rock Band, wifi, arcade system, pool table, electronic dart board, bar with kitchen, full laundry room. Lots of games & DVD's for indoor use.

A variety of great restaurants within a 10 minute drive. A new outdoor Adventure park, TreeRunner Adventure Park is now open in nearby Westfield offering ziplines and climbing courses. Skylake Adventures, a 126 acre year around nature based theme park with a lake, water obstacles and tubing will be open in 2026 located in nearby Sheridan, a 10 minute drive.

Kitchen is fully stocked with anything that you will need to cook and dine with your group. We even provide plastic wrap, aluminum foil, parchment paper, paper towels, garbage bags and plastic storage bags so you just bring your food and beverages. We also provide a variety of spices for you to use.

So many areas to enjoy outside! Relax on the front patio listening to the sound of the waterfall and watching the fish in the pond. Or hang out by the fire pit roasting marshmallows. Enjoy the sand beach near the water. Lounge on the huge back deck with a teak table that can sit up to 15 people, a large L shape outdoor sofa and space to play cornhole comfortably! Or escape to the upper deck off the master bedroom that makes it seem like you are in a tree house.

All outdoor equipment provided to enjoy the grounds and lake. 7 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, lily pad, yard games, outdoor seating including L couch on back deck, lounge chairs, multiple chairs, fire pit area. Boat dock to moor your own boat. Large Natural gas grill is located on back deck and no propane or charcoal needed!

We had a wonderful time at Lori's home even though the weather was not very cooperative. There's so much space and activities to enjoy and we loved the insane collection of DVDs we had access to. There was a mild hiccup during check in but otherwise it was a flawless stay. You can tell Lori really takes pride in being an excellent host and is definitely willing to work with you if anything comes up. 10/10 recommend this vrbo!

This was my first experience with Vrbo and could not have asked for a better host to begin with. Lori's communication throughout the process was fantastic! The house is very well maintained and sits on a beautiful property overlooking the lake. The spacious kitchen, dining room and living room made it perfect to host our guests. There is plenty of deck space and outdoor seating to relax and enjoy. I appreciated them offering extra parking but it was not needed as we were able to fit all 7 full-size pickups at the house. I highly recommend and would definately return!

This was one of the best rental homes I have stayed at in a long time! The hosts were amazing with communication and addressing any concerns. The home was very clean and beautiful.We would definitely stay here again.

Host was readily available for questions. The house had lots of space and seating. There was plenty to things to entertain the group. House was well stocked. My family had a great time and we got to reconnect on a great place.

Stayed at Sycamore Cove for the Final Four weekend. The house was perfect for our group of 7. House is in great shape and spotless. Lori went out of her way and set us up with themed snacks which was a nice welcome surprise after a long drive to Indy. Couldn’t have been easier to work with before, during and after our stay. Charming towns nearby with plenty of quality dining options. Don’t hesitate!

We stayed here last week with our leadership team, and the home was absolutely beautiful — spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. It had everything we needed and more, even small touches like K-cups, extra trash bags, and paper towels that you don’t often see in a VRBO. Every bed was super comfortable, and our host, Lori, was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. We will absolutely stay here again!

The house was well appointed and beautiful with a wonderful view of the reservoir! Lori was very accessible with any questions or concerns we had. We brought our family of 20 to celebrate Christmas. There was a tree and subtle Christmas decorations that added to the atmosphere. We had a great time!

Just started renting short term vacation rentals but have been renting other properties since 2013. Family runs a home renovation company as well as has a popular You Tube channel on home renovations.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Husband & business partner renovate houses and they purchased this property in 2016 and rehabbed every part of it. Our family had such a good time visiting while the property was being flipped that we decided we couldn't part with it and wanted to keep it and share it with other families.

It is a very unique property as it is at the end of a secluded road with only 1 neighbor next door. It is very relaxing and offers activities for all family members while also giving everyone the space they need.

Everyone who has stayed at the property has raved about what a good time they had, how nice the property and accommodations are. Picture don't capture the beauty of the property and house.
