This property was a welcome home base for 14 adults in town for a family wedding. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room and gathering spaces as well as bathrooms. It was conveniently located near businesses and very accessible to restaurants, wedding venues and recreational activities. The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout the process.

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend at the NCAA Championship tournament while staying Carmel lodge. The property was ideal for our group and the local community offered us access to all we needed. Would recommend it if you’re looking for something that will serve a large group or family.

Perfect stay for us and two other families for Butler Homecoming. The backyard was perfect for evening bonfires and BBQ. Hosts were great and were even kind enough to mail me something I forgot to pack up. Will hopefully be back again for our next Indy trip.

This was our second time staying at this house and we love it! The property is very clean and the house is very well maintained. The hosts are very accommodating and respond quickly to messages. The 1,000 extra guest fee seems a little steep when the property advertises that it sleeps 25 and we only had 18 but it was worth the price for the privacy of having a home. We will definitely be back next year!!

A must rental!

This house has it all. There is a lot of space to spread out, great kitchen, clean and the owners were fantastic to work with. We do a lot of VRBO’s and this was perfect for softball girls and parents. It was so great we booked it a few weeks later for another softball tournament.
