Quiet and relaxing home near the national park.

Nestled against a mountainside and a short walk away from the Big Thompson river, this townhome offers beautiful surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere. It has a Victorian-style exterior, beautifully decorated interior, and a porch with glider swing to enjoy the refreshing mountain air and wildlife that frequent the area.

The townhome is located in the quaint Blue Spruce Village neighborhood - a quiet, private community just outside the city limits of Estes Park. It is situated in the 2nd row of homes, not directly on the river, but very close. Guests have access to the section of river that runs the length of the neighborhood.

The boundary of Rocky Mountain National Park is a short distance west of the property. It's only 3 miles to the Beaver Meadows entrance to the national park and 3 miles to downtown Estes Park.

We loved the property! It's very comfy Victorian and stocked with everything we needed. Beds are comfortable. Nice patio for sitting out with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Location is great as its less than 10 minutes from downtown. We would stay here again!

Very quiet neighborhood. Close to RMNP entrance and downtown Estes. The house was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely rent again if we ever have the chance.

This is a *very* nice property. Right near the Beaver Meadows entrance to RMNP. Everything was clean and tidy, and communication with the owner was very, very good. The beds were pretty good, too - which matters after a long day of hiking. Good, useable kitchen, lots of utensils, dishes and supplies were available. We used the washing machine and dryer a few times over our multi-week stay. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Our stay was fabulous. The directions were right on. The checking was easy. We felt comfortable in the home also. Everything seemed to be well thought out. We were there for a family reunion and needed to cook a few meals to take to potlucks the family was having. There were all the pots and pans, utensils, and more that I needed to make whatever I wanted to make. There was also spices and coffee. We weren't sure so we had stopped before arriving and bought them so there is extra coffee now. Such a great comfortable place away from home. Thank you.

AWESOME place to stay! Close to everything, Estes park, Rocky Mountains, Restaurants, shops, grocery. Quiet, relaxing, plenty of room! This place had everything, coffee, creamer, tide pods to wash your clothes! I highly recommend!!

Great Location

RMNP

We had a very comfortable stay during our visit to the Estes Park area. The location is absolutely perfect. It's minutes from the park entrance and downtown Estes Park.The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The proximity to the Big Thompson River was a bonus for quick and easy access to fishing. I would highly recommend the property for the location, convenience and quiet.
