Oh, the view, view, view! From east to west: Estes Cone, Mt. Meeker, Mt. Lady Washington, Longs Peak, Battle Mountain, Storm Peak, Chief’s Head Peak, McHenry’s Peak, Thatchtop, Taylor Peak and more, right out the south-side windows of the kitchen, dining area, living room and bed. Other than the utility lines along High Drive, the view is unobstructed. Awesome!Beaver Meadows Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is less than two miles away. It’s great to be out of town, but easy to get in for restaurants and shopping. Many mule deer in the front yard, and we had a huge elk with a full rack this morning. We will certainly consider returning to the Wallace Cabin.

Just FYI Beaver Meadows is just a half mile away and the entrance to RMNP is about a mile away from the cabin. Come back soon! 😊

Love the space and cabin feel as it captures a very Rocky Mountain-esque motif. There is plenty of space and is super close to town as well as other attractions in Estes Park. Great communication and the property owners are accommodating and quick with responses. Hope to come back for another stay!

We had a great stay at this property. It was spacious, clean, had a great view of the mountains and daily elk sightings right in the front yard. It was also only a ten minute drive to the park entrance and roughly 20 minutes to the bear lake entrance which made those early timed entry passes much easier and was a short distance to nearby restaurants and a grocery store. The property was also very well stocked with everything we needed and toddler friendly with a pack and play, baby gate and some toys and books which was a great help so we didnt have to fly with so many extra things.

We were in for a quick stay and hosts were very helpful with recommendations, etc. View was amazing. Cabin is close to downtown Estes - 2 min drive max. We had considered walking; however frontage road is fairly busy. One thing, we were on a motorcycle and road to cabin is not paved. Going forward that would be a deterrent for future visits for us.

Thank you for being our cabin guests for a couple of nights, Gene and Jocelyn! The road to the cabin is definitely paved, it is maintained and plowed by the Town of Estes Park. Our driveway is recycled asphalt and it is only about 75 feet off the paved road (High Drive).

This simple property has everything you need for a great stay in Estes. We were happy to find a fan in the closet! July in CO is better than TX, but a little extra moving air in the summer is always good. The kitchen had everything we needed. Easy access to downtown and walking distance to great restaurants.

This is the second time we have stayed here and plan to stay here again. It is a beautiful property inside and has an amazing view of Long's Peak and just 4 minutes from the Beaver Meadows entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The property owners are helpful. You won't go wrong staying here!

Cabin is very cozy and very close to RMNP entrance. We really enjoyed the fireplace and the view from the cabin. Hosts were very responsive and description was accurate. Felt like we were far away from everything, but only minutes from Downtown. We will definitely stay here again.

Great cabin in Estes Park

Love this cabin, beautiful view of the rockies right out of the bay window. The cabin is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners are great to rent from and quick to respond with any questions.

My Wife and I stayed here 3 nights in November. Weather was surprisingly warmer then normal, but very windy. Cabin had everything we needed and the hosts were very accommodating.We saw mule deer and bald eagles daily at the property and heard coyotes right outside the bedroom window!We would definitely stay again.
