Our beautiful 1425 sq ft home is fully furnished in a gated community in Johnson Ranch which is at the base of the stunning San Tan mountains.

Located on the golf course, you can enjoy a round of golf at the Golf Club at Johnson Ranch then retreat back to the house for a relaxing evening. The back yard features it's own sparkling pool, golf course views, beautiful landscaping, and a covered patio with a grill. The backyard pool is not heated, but a heated community pool with a hot tub is within walking distance from the house.

The inside of our home features an open concept design with a large livingroom right off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your family. The master bedroom features a queen size bed with a master bath/shower, and large walk in closet. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and a full bathroom.

Santan Highlands is a beautiful 18 hole golf course with over 7100 yards. This facility contains a practice putting and chipping green and full size driving range. Maria’s Kitchen restaurant is within walking distance and features live music on the weekends.

Johnson Ranch is a private community featuring 3 heated community pools, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, and a catch and release fishing pond. There are over 20 beautiful parks interconnected through walking paths.
You have access to it all as our guest.

This is a great place. Many services are close enough to walk. Quiet in evenings. We would definitely do this one again

Daughter's Wedding

The property was a perfect location next to the golf course where my daughter had her wedding reception. The property was very clean and everything was well done with regard to the house.

A week in San Tan, AZ

Everything was exactly as shown on the site. Although our original intention was to be in Mesa, San Tan worked out just fine, maybe even better. My business associates were pleased with the accommodations I provided by renting this unit.

Nice neighborhood

This place is very very nice and clean. The golf course is in the back yard along with a pool. We will stay again.

Comfortable home away from home

This home had a great amount of space for a family of four and had everything we needed. One thing I loved is that the home did not smell of air fresheners or other strong smells as that irritates my asthma. It was very clean and in a nice neighborhood with walking distance to food and groceries. Gas station closeby too.

Beautiful backyard backing onto the Golf Course

Loved the location~ we walked to the clubhouse every day. Was about a 5 min walk. The house was ok. Big enough for the 3 of us. Needs a wee bit of updating we thought~ the dishwasher wasnt working properly, the fridge didnt seem that cold and the carpets throughout could be updated at some point as well. Overall a great golf trip

Lovely home- Great Hosts!

Deb and Greg were great hosts- very welcoming and friendly. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly! The home was very cozy and clean, the pool was so refreshing and the sunlight was consistent all day. The AC was working perfectly, the kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable. No complaints at all- would absolutely recommend and come back again for another stay! Thank you!

Perfect, Place

We can to Arizona with anther couple and this was the perfect place to stay .Very clean and roomy .The pool was an added plus. It still was a little cool ,we came in April, but when the temp. reached 90 every day it was refreshing, The one thing we noticed was how quiet and relaxing it was . Would love to come back with the grandkids. Thank you so much Deb you were so easy to work with.

Care free relaxing getaway on golf course.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunray Vista. This is a great spot to enjoy some pool time with the family and get in some golf in a charming community.

The Perfect Place

The house is very nice, we very much enjoyed our stay. The pool is great, we were in it day and night. The property manager was super nice and easy to work with. If ever we are in the area again we would love to stay here again! It was a great experience!

Great Location

Located within walking distance of the club house and close to the grocery store and restaurants. Owners are great and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Great place for your stay!

This place is absolutely beautiful! The pool is so nice and there was even an orange tree in the back yard that we used fresh orange juice. The subdivision this house is in is great and perfect for riding bikes. It is also in a great location with a local grocery store and Walgreens right up the road. Greg and Deb have been so good to us during this stay as well. They are the sweetest! We could not have picked a better place to stay at while in AZ. You will not go wrong choosing this place! We will absolutely be back.

Superior San Tan Stay

This was an amazing stay for my family. The home was clean, roomy and comfortable. The location is so convenient..near fast food restaurants as well as Walgreens and grocery stores. The owners were very accommodating and focused on our positive experience! We want to reserve this property again in the future!
