The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our 3-day stay. Made breakfast at the home and dinner one night. The kitchen was fully equipped and had plenty of seasonings, so we didn’t have to buy our own. The bedrooms were private and comfortable, and the pool table was put to use nightly. The location was great in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. We were in town for a soccer tournament at the Arizona Athletic Grounds, and we were just 30 minutes away.Communication with the owners was fantastic. They answered questions almost immediately and were available throughout the entire process. Check in couldn’t have been easier. Really great owners. Highly recommended, and we would stay there again should we be in the area.

Great house

Everything was great, nice pool and pool table. Very clean with lots of extras ! Only complaint was next door neighbor parties which not renters fault my daughter changed rooms to avoid noise before flight back. If you want quiet room avoid the master bedroom. I will rent again!

My wife and I have always lived in the Lower Mainland of BC. As we get closer to retirement we wanted a house in the Phoenix area that we can use to escape from our long winters and to share with our family and friends.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We wanted a large house in a quiet golf community that offered lots of amenities but still close enough to restaurants and shopping.
