Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the comfort of this new house and the cabin side will make you spend an unforgettable moment of escape. With a capacity of 12 beds, you can spend a holiday with family, friends, in a quiet villa, located 200m from the cycle paths, 5 minutes walk from the lake of Maguide and 8km from the beach of Biscarrosse.
The house is equipped with 2 double bedrooms, 160 beds equipped with their private bathroom, a 3rd double bedroom with 160 beds as well as a dormitory with 6 beds 90x190 sharing the main bathroom with double shower.
Each room has its dresser and a clothes rack with hangers.

You will have all the necessary comfort inside the house with a living room bathed in light, including a living room with wood stove for the most chilly in winter. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hob, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, fondue set, juice blinder, blender, mixer etc... You will share your unforgettable meals on an indoor dining table that can accommodate 10/12 people.

A laundry room is accessible in the house allowing you the use of a washing machine, freezer, microwave, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, board games, books, games and children's puzzles.

Outside, you can enjoy 2 large sheltered terraces, a dining area for 10/12 people, with its plancha area and an outdoor lounge terrace facing the 8.70m long swimming pool.

-Attention: Cleaning fee of 200 euros to be expected on arrival

Finally, we welcome you from 16:00.
Departures are before 10:00 a.m. to allow the cleaning company to apply all the cleaning and disinfection measures requested in the context of the health crisis we are going through.
