Very clean unit, comfortable beds, AC working fine, well equipped kitchen. Good shower water pressure. Only downside is that wall are thin so we could hear neighbors conversations and walking upstairs. Overall very recommendable

The unit was exactly as described and the host was great to work with! They were quick to respond to any questions we had and gave great recommendations for local things to do. 10/10 would stay again!

The apartment was adequate, but certainly not luxury. It was clean except for the bathroom which could use a lot of help, the shower in particular was very old and dirty with a lot of black moldy grout. The air freshener was overwhelming and the upstairs neighbors a little noisy.

Thanks for your response. Since this one home of ours is almost always reserved, we could not find an opportunity to renovate the bathroom until today. The bath tub is being reglazed, new grout has been applied and the whole bath room is being repainted. By tomorrow (June 23, 2026), the bath room will look brand new again!

The majority of the property was pretty clean, but the bathroom needs a total redo. Especially the shower. It was very dirty. In addition it really needs to be touched up with paint in the other rooms. Was expecting a five star cleanliness and was at best a 2 or 3.

Our host was excellent and very helpful in offering suggestions about the neighborhood. The apartment is in excellent condition and well stocked with kitchen ware, soaps, towels and extra bedding. Lu'o'ng's apartment is in an excellent location, close to good dining, great grocery stores, hiking, and shopping either at the mall or Almaden Plaza. We love this place

The property is very clean and is in excellent condition. The owner was also extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We had some internet issues but they were quick to assist and resolved everything promptly. We really enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend!

A lovely stay

The property was very clean and in a convenient location. We would stay there again and San Jose is a pretty city. The owner was very helpful with telling us where we need to go and what we need to see.

The house was clean, and had everything we needed. After a long week and a long day at Pebble Beach, the comfortable beds gave me the best sleep I’ve had all week.

Very nice stay in San Jose

Perfect stay for a good price, will be back for certain. Note to owner, the word luxury is a bit misleading, a really quite neighborhood and a very clean and wonderful place, we loved it, but people might be taken aback since it’s not a “luxury” condo or area.

Plus:* Cozy apartment * clean* Comfortable beds* convenient location* parking on premises * bureaus in bedrooms* no stairsRoom for improvement:* need another light in the living room* bathroom fan was loud and on the same switch as the bathroom light* no items for baking such as measuring spoons, cups, and pans* needed to replace coffee filters because they were too fragile and fell apart* only four kitchen chairs, could use a couple of extra. * in one of the bedrooms, the bedside lights didn’t seem to work.

Great home base

We were in town for my mother’s birthday and it was a great home base in between all the family events. Good location, quiet and comfortable stay, and we tried the host’s recommendations for pho (pho y 1) and malibu grill and bbq next door and loved it.

Perfect spot

Really enjoyed the apartment! My son and I came to San Jose for an inline hockey tournament and this was the perfect spot for us to stay. Quite at night, good privacy, but centrally located as well. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Come and enjoy your newly remodeled place in southern San Jose. Your place for four guests who will have full access to the living room, kitchen and bathroom is perfect for the adventure seeker or business executive.

Your bedrooms are elegantly decorated like a Five-Star Hotel complete with color TV, quiet central HVAC, ritzy furniture, a classy bed, iron and ironing board. We also provide an office desk for work in the living room.

Guests can use the on-site coin-operated laundry room for washing and drying.

Two parking spaces are available for guests. One is located in front of the premise and another is in the carport. If more spaces are needed, parking on the safe streets is an option.

If you need anything, please feel free to contact us on the AirBnB system. As your hosts, we are happy and honored to serve you!
