Great home base

We were in town for my mother’s birthday and it was a great home base in between all the family events. Good location, quiet and comfortable stay, and we tried the host’s recommendations for pho (pho y 1) and malibu grill and bbq next door and loved it.

amazing stay

luong was very kind and helpful. he was very responsive and answered any messages almost immediately. the house itself was very tidy and organized. the floors could have been cleaned a bit more, but it was very clean overall. i also loved the surrounding neighborhood! super peaceful and quiet.

Great space

I enjoyed this property. It's clean, well appointed and the owner is quick to respond. I would definitely recommend. It's quiet, the beds are comfortable, and there's a coffee shop and convenience store within 500 steps of the front door.

Awesome place amazing host!

Awesome little place! Our stay was great. The place is clean and comfortable. Our host was extremely helpful with local sugguestions and communicative thought our stay. We would definitely stay here again. :)

Great place to stay in South San Jose

Great little place to stay with my small family! Clean, cozy, great location with easy access to 85. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Everything we want in a vacation rental! We hope to stay again when we come back.

The host was very responsive to all of our needs. Communication was close to instant whenever we reached out. Location is excellent, close to freeways and the light rail, shopping and food choices abound. I would rent this place again without question.

Not the best location off a busy street and behind a 7/11. Wouldn’t market this as a “luxury” home when it’s a small apartment in a worn down fourplex.

A great stay in San Jose

The property was easy to find, clean, with everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Beds were comfy and the AC worked well. Covered off street parking was nice. The property is close to grocery stores and general shopping. There's a good restaurant, a great coffee and donut store and a 7-11 a half block away. Our host provided great communication through the VRBO site and had many helpful suggestions regarding restaurants and places to see. I would stay here again in the future.

Everything as expected

The host was very responsive to question. The A/C stopped working the 2nd night but the host responded very quickly and it was back in working order the same day.

Excellent communication!

I stayed in the apartment for 14 days while I was visiting my daughter. Lu'o'ng was very attentive and responsive when we had a couple of small issues. The unit had everything we need and was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed

Exactly as advertised, comfortable and clean. Close to a great bbq place and easy to get everywhere. 20 min to downtown SanJose, 20 minutes to the mountains. Host was very supportive and communicative, always quick to reply - seemed like he never slept, because it didn't matter when I sent a message - he was immediate with his response.

Excellent accomodation

We had a long stay at this apartment and we can recommend it without reservation. It is immaculately clean, with excellent beds. The kitchen is well stocked. Having a reserved off street parking spot is definitely a plusThe location is great whether you want to hike in the nearby hills, walk in quite neighborhoods, dine at good restaurants, or shop shop shop. Our communication with the host was always prompt and responsive.

Good Property for a Short Stay

The property was clean and well stocked. It was a bit hard for us to find. I recommend the property owner give more detailed instructions as when you enter the address into navigation, it takes you to a home, not to the apartments with the same address. Upstairs neighbors were very noisy.

Come and enjoy your newly remodeled place in southern San Jose. Your place for four guests who will have full access to the living room, kitchen and bathroom is perfect for the adventure seeker or business executive.

Your bedrooms are elegantly decorated like a Five-Star Hotel complete with color TV, quiet central HVAC, ritzy furniture, a classy bed, iron and ironing board. We also provide an office desk for work in the living room.

Guests can use the on-site coin-operated laundry room for washing and drying.

Two parking spaces are available for guests. One is located in front of the premise and another is in the carport. If more spaces are needed, parking on the safe streets is an option.

If you need anything, please feel free to contact us on the AirBnB system. As your hosts, we are happy and honored to serve you!
