Stable Cottage is a semi-detached cottage in Lincombe near Ilfracombe. The cottage has a double room and a family room with adult bunks and a single bed. There is a shower room, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside is a shared enclosed garden with furniture and a shared games room with pool table, table tennis, table football and darts. Stable Cottage is within easy reach of the village pub and a sandy beach, with Ilfracombe and the rest of this stretch of coastline within easy reach. Please be aware - this property does not supply any towels or bed linens and you would need to bring your own.

Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with FreeSat, DVD, video, WiFi, selection of books, DVDs, videos and games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Cot, highchair, stairgate and baby bath on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared rear lawned enclosed garden with patio, furniture, games, trampoline and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome.
