Villa Guapa Los Pinos es una magnífica residencia de estilo español rodeada de un gran jardín con árboles.
Dispone de una gran piscina privada de 60m² (12m×5m) con jacuzzi integrado y terraza con tumbonas.
Sillones también están disponibles en la terraza para descansar bajo el sol.
La villa tiene una gran sala de estar con aire acondicionado con una cocina equipada contigua (vitrocerámica, horno eléctrico, campana extractora, cafeteras, tetera, licuadora, micro ondas...), tiene 4 dormitorios con aire acondicionado y 3 baños (incluido uno en suite ).
La superficie habitable total es de +-120m².

Hay una "naya" de 15m² así como dos terrazas (60m² y 50m²), también hay una zona de barbacoa junto a la piscina.
La propiedad es de +-1800m2.
Puede estacionar fácilmente varios autos en la propiedad (más de 4 autos).

¡La villa se beneficia de una excelente ubicación para disfrutar de sus vacaciones en familia o con amigos en un entorno tranquilo y agradable!

lovely stay

This villa was great, our kids loved it. Lovely pool & jacuzzi. Check in was nice & easy and nothing too much trouble from the host. Would definatley reccomend for a lovely family break 🙂🙂

An absolutely wonderful stay

The villa is great, particularly the pool area. We've been going on villa holidays for the last 16 years and this villa has the best pool area we've used. The location is great, being a 2 min walk from Grizzly's which is a lively spot with good food, and a short walk to the beach in Calpe with lots of great bars and restaurants. The agents, Anne and Mike are extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this villa and are already planning our next visit!

Perfect location

Lovely Spanish villa. Fantastic pool and area. Close to the main beech 15 mins walking. Choice of restaurants 4 mins. Owner quick to message.

Fabulous villa!

We had a lovely week at this villa in July 2023. The villa is very traditional inside but ticks all the boxes with air con, dishwasher, washing machine etc. The outside space is fabulous. Great sized Pool and plenty of space to play games / eat outside. The only negative comments I have are as follows and are easy to fix.... BBQ was broken and not the easiest to use. Not enough large glasses, when it is hot you need a long drink! Pillows - only one pillow per person yet a lot of people like to sleep with two. Also, the qualily of the pillows was poor. All in all a lovely holiday and the host Hakim was extremely helpful and on hand at anytime to answer queries. Would definitely return.

Great Villa in a great locatin

The villa was great for us, family of 6 adults and two young children. We had a 8 month old baby with us and some of the ornaments we had to move and with the glass coffee table had to watch her very carefully. Pleased that they provided a high chair and travel cot for the baby. The pool was brilliant but a bit cold and the garden furniture was excellent. The gardens surrounding the villa were lovely with plenty of space for children and adults to play. Having air con was a plus even though with the weather being so bad it wasn't used until the last few days but great to have. The villa is located close enough to Calpe beach you just have to take a 15 min walk (roughly) to get there with all the restaurants and bars as well. Only thing I was disappointed with was having to pay €150 euros for the cleaning? I was then expecting for either the bedding or towels to be changed after a week as we were there for two weeks. Having to wash their towels was not ideal. On the whole the villa was ideal and would use it again and all of my family enjoyed the holiday immensely. Many Thanks

Almost perfect, inside need an upgrade.

The outdoor area, especially the pool, is fantastic! - we missed a place to put the cushions so they stay dry when it rains. - the pool looks clean, but there was a greasy layer floating on it, that left a dirty layer on the floating stuff. Talking with the poolguy wasn’t possible. He didn’t clean the pool at all and he was very rude to us. The house is okay, but not great: - The kitchen could use an upgrade. - The bathrooms could also use an upgrade. However, the showers are very nice: warm with a good, strong jet. - The two large bedrooms are nice. - The two smaller bedrooms are too small for 2 people. One of them had a strange smell. And one bed was sagging. - Well-functioning air conditioning in every room. The contact with the owner was very pleasant.

Absolutely awesome villa!

Prior to our arrival, communication with Hakim was great, we were given everything we needed to allow us to arrive in the early hours of the morning. We were also contacted by Anne, who came and visited us on our first day to check everything was as we needed. She even tuned in the television to the English channels for us. The villa has everything you need..wifi, air conditioning in all rooms, towels, and even washing up items and toilet rolls (most other villas do not provide these basics- we have been to several previously.) The villa was extremely clean and tidy. The pool area is extraordinary. Location wise it was perfect for us. Walking distance to Grizzly's and the Japonese buffet and a great pizza restaurant called Madisa. We love Calpe and our stay at this villa made it absolutely perfect.

Amazing villa!

The property was beautiful and the managers and host were amazing, the communication couldn't have been better. They replied fast and were very helpful. My only negative was that the location was further away from things than we thought and we ended up having to get taxis everywhere as there was little to no public transport and with 2 children in the heat, the walking was just too much. So I would definitely recommend hiring a car.

Fantastisch verblijf, netjes, heel compleet

Een weekje weg met kinderen (volwassenen), naar de Spaanse zon, ter ere van een jubileum. Fijn huis, met voor ieder (stel) een eigen slaap- en badkamer, dus heel veel privé. Een groot fijn zwembad. Het huis is voorzien van een complete inboedel. De verhuurders zijn heel aardig en behulpzaam. Kortom, geweldig!

Schönes Haus mit großer Außenanlage und Pool

Alles wirklich sehr gut. Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. Sehr sauberes Haus und sehr große, gepflegte Außenanlage mit Pool. Liegen, Grillstelle und sonstige Ausstattung ist gut. Das große Gelände um das Haus macht eine sehr private Atmosphäre. Weg zum Strand und in die Stadt sind auch nur 15min zu Fuß. Nur die Bus-Anbindung könnte besser sein. Mit eigenem Auto aber gar kein Problem.

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines dans cette villa. Tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour s’y trouvait même avec un petit d’1an 1/2. Endroit calme et reposant tout en étant proche des commerces et de la plage. Responsable et propriétaire très disponible ! Je recommande !

Magique

Nous avons passé de merveilleuse vacances. La villa est super la piscine est très grande nous en avons profité tout le temps. Un petit salon extérieur face à la piscine ( non mis sur les photos) est magnifique nous pouvions y voir le coucher du soleil chaque soir; les lumières sur le jardin font vraiment un esprit cocooning. Accès aux criques et plages à pieds via des sentiers ou l on peut regarder la mer . Dispo d Hakim pour nous donner les infos sur ce que nous pouvions faire sur Calpe. Je recommande vivement cette villa nous étions un couple avec 3 enfants et tout le monde a adoré ce séjour.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit 8 Familienmitgliedern in dem Haus alles war wie beschrieben sehr schöner grosser Pool und großzügige aussenanlage alles war sauber und gepflegt im Haus alles vorhanden was man braucht. Gute Lage kurze Wege zum Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Strand und Stadt calpe. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Geweldige plek

Samen met mijn vrienden heb ik een super leuke tijd gehad in deze villa bij Calpe. De villa zelf is ruim en schoon, de airco's deden het super goed en het zwembad en de tuin zijn netjes onderhouden. We hadden geen auto tot onze beschikking dus moesten het van de dingen in de buurt hebben, en er was zat te doen. Binnen een uur loopafstand (meestal zelfs binnen een kwartier), konden we prachtig snorkelen, uiteten, Calpe bezoeken, boodschappen doen, een berg beklimmen, windsurfen, op het strand liggen, etc. Vanaf het vliegveld was het ook best goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer, wel moet je op de tijden letten waarop de bussen gaan. De contactpersonen van de villa waren super lief en heel erg behulpzaam met bijvoorbeeld het regelen van een taxi en tips voor activiteiten in de buurt. Kortom, een geweldige plek en we hopen ooit nog terug te komen!

Très belle villa avec grande piscine. Les propriétaires sont très sympas La villa était très propre et très fonctionnelle ( bbq, transat, douche/wc à l’extérieur ). Seul petit bémol je vous conseil d’être véhiculé car un peu loin de la plage à pied et du centre-ville.

Villa very spacious, pool area very spacious, nice sized pool. Excellent location for Grizzleys bar, excellent food and drink and friendly staff. Walking distance to Calpe beach but may need a taxi back. Overall a very good holiday

Excellent séjour à la villa Guapa Los Pinos.

Charmante villa, très spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Bonne situation, au calme, à la sortie de Calpe. Les criques, paseo ecologico, bar, restaurant et supermarché Mercadona sont à distance de marche. La villa: Spacieux living (salon et salle à manger) donnant sur cuisine ouverte avec TV et wifi. Les chambres sont séparées du living par une porte et distribuées dans un grand couloir, c’est très pratique pour garder l’air frais et pour l’insonorisation. Toutes avec climatisation et moustiquaires, ce qui est vraiment pratique avec la chaleur. Chambres doubles très spacieuses. Chambres lit simples et salles de bains de bonne taille. Cuisine assez spacieuse et bien équipée (cafetière, grille-pains, presse-agrumes, micro-ondes, taque, four et hotte). Grands extérieurs avec grande terrasse, on a vraiment de la place. Assez de chaises pour la piscine. Piscine au top, très grande, bien entretenue et la température de l’eau est excellente grâce à son ensoleillement toute la journée. Le propriétaire est charmant, très disponible et à l’écoute. Je conseille vivement cette location. Nous avons l’habitude de séjourner en villa et celle-ci fait partie de nos coups de cœur.
