We had a great week here the villa is lovely, clean and spacious. Kitchen includes everything needed. I would recommend a car for exploring the area and getting shopping in but we walked to Lidl daily for supplies.Would love to stay again.

Beautiful property well located in Calpe. Lovely views and gardens. Outdoors is spacious and clean & the pool is warm with good anti-slip grip all around it. Host Sonia is welcoming and was very responsive throughout our stay. We walked to the beach every day- took 30 minutes each way- lovely thing to do for late afternoon into early evening.

The villa, and garden in particular, were lovely. We were there in Feb/Mar and we were able to enjoy the sunshine all day long. The inside was well planned out and the owner provided lots of kitchen utensils which in our experience in Spain isn't always the case. The beds were comfortable and the view of Ilfach rock pretty nice. While you can walk to the beach and into town you do need a car for shopping etc. It was great - we would return in the winter.

Lovely villa in a tranquil area. Very private, places to sit in the shade or sun, plenty of sun beds, beautiful large clean pool. Loads of space inside. Aircon in bedrooms was welcomed. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything (and more) than was required to cook meals. A great relaxed stay for us

Lovely clean pool and surrounds. 2 great outside dining areas where we spent most of our time.Kitchen was very well equipped. Aircon was installed in all bedrooms. Check in and out was easy. The property manager was local and very helpful, always on call for advice if needed.Small supermarket 5 minutes away with a daily fresh bakery. Large Lidl supermarket was a 15 minute walk and a 7 euro taxi ride back.Local beach was a 25 minute walk away with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Taxi back was 10 euro.We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

We are happy to recommend Villa Prudentia after a wonderful 8 week winter stay.  Villa Prudentia feels like a home, not a holiday rental. Our villa host Sonia was lovely and gave us lots of useful information and a great welcome.  The location is great for walking 20 minutes into Calpe old town or to the seafront and its many bars and restaurants. Lidl is just a 15 minute walk.  The Ortenbach area is peaceful and the villa is private and well screened with landscaped gardens that provide shade in the hotter months. The kitchen was very well equipped, with a spacious dining room looking down to El Penon d’Ifach and of course, there is an outdoor BBQ area and several places to sit and relax.  Family visitors enjoyed the privacy of the cosy studio with its modern new shower room.  The weather was very mixed during our winter stay and although the villa has heating, we enjoyed the warmth and atmosphere from the open fireplace. Logs were easy to buy just 5 minutes away and we filled the car boot several times. Highly recommend Villa Prudentia and we certainly hope to return.

Spanienurlaub mal anders

Excellent holiday with the family, lovely villa in a peaceful setting but not too far from centre

We would highly recommend the villa, the location was great...close enough to walk to local shops, beaches and restaurants but far enough out so that you can relax in a quiet location. Communication between the owner and I before travelling was excellent and we were provided with a large amount of information ahead of travelling about the local area and information about the villa. Maria met us at the villa on our arrival and couldn't have been more helpful, she provided us with taxi numbers and gave advice about the local area. Maria made us feel welcome and encouraged us to contact her if there were any issues during our stay (there wasnt). The villa itself was very clean and well maintained, there were plenty of towels for the beach and for use within the villa (no need to bring your own). There were some toys provided for our daughter which was a lovely touch. The outside area was exceptional with bbq facilities, plenty of sun loungers and a number of umbrellas which were needed at this time of year. The pool was immaculately clean and was cleaned twice during our stay. Our family had a lovely stay and we would not hesitate in returning to this beautiful area. The Old Town is definitely worth a visit for anyone visiting for the first time. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.x

Fijne tijd hier gehad.

Ons motto is: 'onze gasten blij.... wij blij!'.

Great opportunity to relax in sunny Spain

What a Beautiful Villa with great private swimming pool. Located outside the village but really near beaches and village if you want to go there by foot. Supermarket available round the corner. Garden is well taken care of and gives you that extra sense of luxury. Keyholder is very friendly and makes you feel at ease upon arrival so our holiday feelings started upon arrival. The terrace has a few spots with umbrellas and chairs, so no need to drag things from one place to another. All is taken care of. The interior of the house is really nice with enough luxury to give you the extra feel of being spoilt. On the other hand you feel at home when entering. We have loved our stay and will be back for sure. Great value for money..
