Ranch styled home, in a quiet neighborhood, totally remodeled in 2020.

We purchased the home in 2019, finished with a total remodel in 2020. We are located right next to the Historic Potters Mill, now know as Flatted Fifth BBQ, that sits right next to Mill Creek. Flatted Fifth is just a short stroll down the hill from our front door. Great food and live music on the weekends. We are located right next to the Canadian Pacific Railroad. We have a lot to offer in Bellevue!

Great house. Short walk to Mississippi with great path and beach access. Great restaurants and brewery very close by. House exactly as pictured. Train rumbles through a few times a night right across the street, but wasn’t bothersome. Highly recommend.

A pristinely clean home, perfectly situated near the River and the State Park and walkable to several restaurants. Parking is a breeze with long driveway as well as on-street availability. Plenty of outdoor space, as well, to enjoy good weather. Host Jayson is super responsive, as well. Highly recommend!

The property was perfect for me and my two kids. We enjoyed the proximity to the State Park and Potters Mill. Check-in was smooth, instructions were clear and we had everything we needed (minus a lighter) but that was a quick fix by taking a short walk to the gas station a couple blocks away. Definitely a cute hole that’s been remodeled and decorated with lots of love.

I really enjoyed my stay. The home was in a quaint, safe area and was walking distance from the town. I had everything I needed during my stay. My only issue was the home was near a train that went during the night and kept me up. Overall, the home was very nice.

The home was very nicely decorated. It was just perfect for our stay. We have stayed in Bellevue many times and love this town. People are so friendly. I would recommend this house to anyone needing a getaway.
