Have you ever wanted to stay in a Tiny Home but haven't had the opportunity? Now you can stay in a custom built Tiny Home right along the mighty Mississippi River in Bellevue Iowa!

These Tiny Homes feature all the comforts of a standard home including Heat/AC, Kitchen, Bathroom, living room and sleeping loft.

Each Tiny Home sleeps 4 adults with a queen bed in the loft and a pull out sofa in the living room. Outside is a private picnic area and Hot Tub!

Great weekend get away in a quaint adorable small town. The cabin was just the right size for us and our lab. We enjoyed the area and will definitely be back again.

Long weekend for anniversary

Beautiful tiny home, best location on the river. We fished, visited town shops/restaurants, and chilled in the hottub. Owners and locals were all incredibly friendly. It was the perfect quiet getaway ❤️

Fantastic Location, Comfortable and Tidy Tiny House

We rented both tiny houses with friends for a night on our way home from a longer trip. We loved the location, it was so nice to sit by the river and watch barges go by and fish jumping. We walked to the nearby brewery for dinner on the recommendation of guests at the neighboring rental and it was delightful. We will be back for another stay at the Tiny Houses.

Quiet Little Place on the River’s Edge

It’s was a great place. It was very near the river. Bellevue is a small town, but it has everything you need, including restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store, and a brewery. The owners are very close if you need anything.

Great getaway

We had so much fun staying in this tiny house. The hot tub was a nice feature. Comfortable bed, house was clean and the owners are very accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to give a tiny house a shot. There are also two boat launches available on the grounds.

Every thing was great except air conditioner. Programmed to 70 but did not cool down to 70.

Hi Thomas! Thank you for staying! We had noticed that you set the remote on the mini split to Dry Mode not cool, so it didn’t adjust the temperature. Sorry for your confusion but it is working as it should. Hope we can have you back again.

The town and view were beautiful! The tiny house was a bit smaller than we thought (but that is our fault)! Very cute!Do note that there is an over pass and railroad nearby that can cause some noise but nothing distracting

We have absolutely NO problem with our Host. Once contacted, he took care of our problem immediately. Our problem? The messaging system for Vrbo was down and we were unable to get the door code. When I called the help line, I get someone who speaks very accented English. He first tells me that we have to wait 2 to 3 hours for a system repair! I told him 2 to 3 hours was not acceptable. It became 2 hours....again told unacceptable. Each time he places me on hold for 2-3 minutes. The next time on he tells me that he has emailed the owner. As we all know, none of us set on our emails 24/7! I then told him to call the owner. After a couple minute wait, he has the Host on the line. We are finally able to talk with the Host and get the code. The Host even gave us his direct number in case we encountered any further problems. Vrbo - please no foreign accents and hire people who will do the correct thing the first time!!!
