Great for our party of 9 ranging from 63 to 1-1/2 yrs old. Entire group could eat, visit and hang out together. Grandkids enjoyed playing in bunk loft! Beautiful wrap around deck. Also, we loved the pool for cooling off and burning kid energy. Would definitely consider booking property again!

Our day was amazing. Everything in the cabin was perfect very clean and a very cute place to be at. We made lots of memories with our family of 13 that went. Thank you again for everything. We will stay again.

Our sisters trip was amazing. House was clean and well stocked every time we use the pool we had it all to ourselves wonderful trip overall.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Big Woods 3 cabin. It was big enough for all 13 of us. Everyone enjoyed the pool! The location was good for those who wanted to go to Roaring River & Branson.

Beautiful property. Very comfortable and perfect for a family of 10. We were 6 adults and 4 kids and everyone was comfortable. Great walking trails around the property. Highly recommended

Quiet girls getaway

We had an amazing weekend! Everything we needed and more was at the cabin! The host was easy to get a hold of and fast to respond. We will definitely be back!

Loved that it was semi-remote and in the trees but within a 30-minute to 1 1/2 hour drive of so much (Bentonville, Eureka Springs, and Branson for us). Beautiful deck, clean, well appointed, great internet speed (we had 4 online in the evenings), stackable washer/dryer. Nice sized bathrooms. Saw the most beautiful sunrises through those windows along with deer! Hubby says they set the standard for excellence in a VRBO!

Wedding

Booked cabin for 6 adults & 4 rowdy young boys. Cabin very clean, all the amenities you need, very relaxing. Drove to Eureka Springs for a wedding on Saturday, and was nice for a little decompression from the curves highway. I would recommend & will stay again.

Beautiful home, felt very welcoming

House was great, loved all the windows in the great room. Made for a beautiful night as we chatted and watched squirrels playing and then an amazing light show from a thunderstorm. Also, love all of the little welcoming items. From a snack basket to make smores to toiletries in the baths. The host thought of everything to make the home inviting.

Amazing!!

We had a wonderful weekend at The Big Woods 3 property. The house was clean, well stocked and absolutely beautiful. We had 3 families staying to enjoy some trout fishing at Roaring River and to celebrate my son's 8th birthday. The kids loved exploring the yard and making s'mores in the fire pit. We will definitely look at booking again in the future.

Christmas Family Cabin

We rented this cabin to host our family Christmas celebration. Given that the weather can be crazy and unpredictable, our host was more than accommodating and helpful when a snow storm came through just before we were to arrive. She helped us to navigate what the roads would look like and was very concerned for our safety getting to the cabin. I enjoyed working with this host through the little weather hiccup and was pleased there are people who willing to help out when Mother Nature has other plans.

Lovely house

The house was beautiful. We loved the big windows and all the natural light in the morning. It was a comfy stay. My only gripe is we paid the expensive cleaning fee equal to the cost of the stay yet we were given cleaning tasks in order to check out. On top of that a 300 deposit could be withheld if we didn't take out the trash, wash towels, strip sheets, and run the dishwasher. The towels smelled mildewy which I suspect comes from having visitors wash them and being left in the washing machine. I don't think it's right to have us do all that after paying such a large cleaning fee. Otherwise, we liked the location and the home itself. Wish we could have spent more time in it.

I’m glad to hear that you liked the house and location. We love hosting and try to take care of our guests well. We are a small family business and try not to hide anything. The cleaning fee is disclosed up front before booking in multiple places and that fee is the same amount in the off season as the summer season. The cleaners get paid the same no matter the time of year. I wish the system had a better way of just building it into the pricing- but unfortunately there isn’t a great way to handle it in that manner. I hate that you feel the list was burdensome- we don’t hear that often- but primarily in the offseason with one night stays. We will take your experience into consideration and also make sure to run the towels through with some vinegar. Thanks again for picking Big Woods. It is our honor to host.

Beautiful property and property management was amazing

Loved the house. Really pretty location. House was stocked with everything needed. They had extra toiletry items that were included and even a s’mores package for the kids. We will definitely be back.

Mother/Daughters Weekend

So peaceful beautiful and clean

I would definitely recommend this rental. It was so peaceful and beautiful. The outside was a little older than pictured but still great. Inside was exactly like pictured. I would rent this place over and over again. Host was very friendly and helpful instructions were clear. I highly recommend this rental

Great Experience

The property had plenty of room to stretch out. Beautiful setting. The manager who took care of us was timely and always responded to all my questions. She made it a great experience even before we arrived.

Home away from home

My family and 2 other families travelled for a friend's wedding at Thorncrown Chapel. We stayed at Big Woods Cabin for 3 nights. It was the most perfect place for all 9 of us!! 5 adults, 3 14yr old boys, and 1 12yr old girl. The cabin is so perfectly laid out with all the comfiness and personal touches you can imagine. Thank you so much for all that you do!!

Excellent vacation home just minutes from the lake and with private pool access. Owners are great and very accommodating. Will definitely book again

We had a great time. Because of this house we were all able to stay together.

The house was perfect. It was nice, clean and very comfortable. The owner was great to work with. This house made it possible for our family to be together and have a great July 4th family vacation. Big M Marina was so close making our boat rental process easy. We love TRL.
