Great location to the marina. We rented a slip for our boat and it was a quick drive to get out boat. Enjoyed swimming off of the dock at the house. Kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans. Plenty of beds for our group of 12.

Lots of room and we really liked having the dock so close. It was remote and we enjoyed the peace that came with that. It’s pretty far if you need a store but a trade off we didn’t mind. There was room for everyone. The place is older and starting to show its age a bit. The tub/shower didn’t drain so we were down a bathroom. There were 9 of us and we cooked almost all of our own meals so we could’ve used more dish detergent and kitchen cleaning items as well as laundry detergent to reuse our towels. Beaver Lake is gorgeous!

Ya definately want a 4 wheel drive gettin in and out. Weve stayed here before and will stay here again! Love the place!

Very nice place

We enjoyed our stay here. This is an awesome spot on the lake. Great dock for swimming. The house was very clean and nicely equipped and loved the porch. We hope to stay here again soon.

Fantastic get away

We loved spending our weekend here. Karen was wonderful and great to work with. The house was wonderful and dock was great to sit out on and catch some sun. Such a great spot!

Family Reunion

Lots of space, loved the fire pit, swim dock and decks! Great place to gather in small or large groups. Appreciated the access to the kayaks, canoe and paddle boat too.

Family reunion

Large cozy rustic home with plenty of beds to sleep a large group. Very secluded with a nice swim dock in a quiet cove near Beaver Lake Dam. Kitchen was very well equipped, and the backyard fire pit was an awesome place to congregate in the evenings.

NWA Trip

Excellent! They provided so much for us. Very remote but incredibly cozy and peaceful. House was spacious and very comfortable. We would stay here again, no doubt.

Great getaway

We had a small gathering for my 40th birthday and wanted an escape. This property provided that and then some. Great seculded home and lawn in the woods with a beautiful view of the lake on the dock.

Great time

We have a great time at this house. There is easy access to the lake. We enjoyed the dock and kayaks available for use. The house is spacious and well equiped for a large group. The drive is hard to maneuver with boat trailers unless you are proficient. The porche is wonderfull for meals and just to hung out in the evening. Easy check-in process, everything worked as expected.

Beaver Lake retreat

The house provided plenty of space. The lake was amazing. Some issues with cleanness of house but the owner was quick to fix. The road to the house and walkway to the dock/lake were rough to get too. We definitely enjoyed our time.

This property is in an amazing location and is built to entertain. The dock area and use of kayaks and paddle boats is amazing! The house is stocked will all the cooing items needed and a gas pit. The fire pit is a great area to roast marshmallows and tell stories.

Great house for a lake weekend

The house was perfect for a weekend on the lake. The AC worked well. We enjoyed the different spaces inside and outside of the house. The road to the house is a little rough at parts so an SUV would be best to get there. Karen’s communication was excellent.

Perfect location

Privacy, water and peace. That sums up our stay! We fished, swam and enjoyed our time so much. Karen, the host was the absolute best. We only had four people, so we had more than plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and the views were stunning. We rented a boat from the local marina and had a great time on the peaceful and beautiful Beaver lake. The house had everything we needed and more. I really can't explain how much we loved our stay.

Perfect for family fun

The house was just perfect for our family. There were plenty of beds and places to hangout. The kitchen was big and well stocked. The owners had a welcome basket filled with snacks and wine. The outdoor space was wonderful: lots of places to sit on the decks, large fire pit area, and great swim dock with 4 kayaks. The gravel road is very rough. I recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle or one with good clearance. We will definitely book this place again!

Gorgeous views

The home and lake were lovely but getting to the house was a disaster. The road is gravel with crazy twists and turns and the driveway is straight down. I was thankful I brought our family food for the whole time bc once you get there it is hard to leave. Also the walk to the dock was a bit treacherous but once we were settled in it was ideal! It felt like we had the place all to ourselves. The home was clean and was stocked with everything needed.
