**********************************WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! **********************************This is a great property to rent for a family who want to stay in Cairns. Prince point is excellent compared to other properties. No need for all glitz and glamour, just a comfortable and clean place to rest your head and that's exactly what we got here. The owners were easy to contact and always available very quickly via email. As a large group of 7 people staying, there was more than enough room and living space for everyong to chill out at the end of the day. There were a few improvements that I passed on to owner as feedback but nothing that should deter anyone from staying at this property. If you think you're going to stay in a 5* resort type home then you need to expect to pay the .Thank you for a great stay, Kailey. We had a wonderful time.

Really enjoyed my time here. The host was helpful and the space was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The stay was great, but i have rated it 4 stars as the outside of the property could use some maintenance; there were a lot of overgrown shrubs, and it didn't feel very tidy.

Great spot

This property is brilliantly situated - short walk to the beach, beach side cafe and bar and restaurants. Spotless inside, but other than the bedrooms and bathrooms the kitchen, indoor and outdoor furniture is a little tired.

A little corner of escape at Holloways beach

Home was very nice, owners were very helpful when needed and quick to respond. I would definitely return here if visiting this cairns again, as a short drive gets you out of the area. But we would probably go more north next year.

BBQ was replaced however the gas bottle was empty. Inside was tidy enough however seems to be a lot of mould around outside walls and gutters has been there a long time even though recent heavy rain doesn't help. I would suggest a good gurni all around for health and aesthetic reasons

Loved it!

This was the best place we have stayed on our 5 week trip back to Australia. We had stayed at Holloway's Beach before, but this property was much better than where we had stayed many years ago. The house was spacious, had lots of extras in the kitchen and pool area, great bathrooms and comfortable beds. It's on a very quiet street with abundant birds and a very short walk to the beach and a cafe. It's a great place for kids and families because of all of the space and the pool. Will definitely stay here again!
