This fabulous home is updated throughout with elegant, coastal furnishings and decor. Located in the pool house, you'll find a kitchenette, pool table, and a children's loft accessible by an attic-style door. Primary accommodations are in the main house where you'll also find a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining table with seating for six. And outside, there's a sparkling, private pool between the main house and the pool house with a covered, furnished patio and grilling area.

We moved to this home because of having to be relocated. It was nice and clean. Kitchen could use some help with pots and pans. Also having option of heating pool would have been nice it was very cold.

Great place!

This house was perfect for us, located in the heart of everything, with beaches and restaurants nearby. It was extremely convenient. The house was clean, well-stocked with towels, but lacked beach chairs and an umbrella. I would definitely stay here again and go back to Destin.

Perfect getaway home

Our family and another's stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it! We have kids and they swam endlessly in the huge pool. There was everything we needed for our stay, the house was nicely stocked. The rooms were beautiful and the balconies great for some air and a view. Beach is only a walk down the road, a five minute stroll. The only thing I'd clarify for families like ours with young kids is some of the beds are in a separate bunkhouse so we used a couple blowups for our kiddos to stay together as they were too young to use that home. The communication was great and they checked in a week or so prior and the days leading up which was a comfort. They checked in once we arrived and made themselves available if we needed anything. So that was also a positive. The location is perfect to get to practically anything to do. Overall awesome time!

Girls Trip 2024

The only reason that I didnt put five stars is because there were dirty dishes left in the sink in the pool house. Also, the pool was dirty and cold. Everything else met our expectations and we would stay here again!

BEAUTIFUL BUT FILTHY

This house is beautiful and the pool and game/ loft room is amazing but it was filthy! The trash was overflowing, floors were gross, we bought our own cleaning stuff! The pool had toys stopping up the filter. Crumbs all in the living room from previous guest. We found dead roaches in the pantry, brown rings around the trash can on the floor. Just gross.

Beautiful home near the beach

Loved the house! The home was clean, less than a 5 min walk to the beach. Our family couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, all the amenities and the pool was great. Had a wonderful time in Destin!

Great house, but needs deep cleaning

First night in the house my twin granddaughters feet were black from the floor. So the next day I bought a new mop head as the one on the mop was black. My daughter in law mopped the entire first floor. Didn’t help! It needs a steam mopping. We mopped a couple more times throughout the week and still no change. The pool was disgusting, it was as green in spots and had bugs galore. I called to get a pool service and was told they would be there the next morning. Well it took until mid week before someone came to clean it. Looked better but still wasn’t clean. Needs a good vacuum. Last full day of vacation the jet’s quit working. I messaged VACASA, but didn’t get a response until we were on our way home the next day.

Great vacation

This place was perfect for our big family. We enjoyed our stay. Only thing we disliked was early check in was not an option. We were told we would be communicated with starting at noon and given an hourly update on checkin which we never received.

Overall the pool and the location were great. However if your hoping to check in early or check out late, they will not allow it. Your basically texting an automated system. House needs sprayed for bugs. Especially pool house. We could not use the pull out sofa bc of how gross It was. If they get it all cleaned up, it's a great house and location.

We had a great family vacation! The location, space, and price were excellent! Now, upon arrival I completed a cleanliness survey of the house, which I initially gave 4 stars. The longer we stayed, the more I noticed the house needs a major deep cleaning, which I understand it's hard when you're renting back to back. Some minor interior maintenance would go a long way as well. Also, the pool/guest house is a major plus and I feel like there needs to be pictures of this so guests have a better idea of sleeping arrangements, space, etc. This was a great space for the kids! The pool was really cold so didn't use it much and noticed on our 4th day there was a heater with a pad lock. There was no mention of heating the pool for an extra fee so not sure if this would have been an option. Overall, there were definitely more pros than cons and we had a great vacation!!

Lovely Home

House is beautiful and has good beach access. Lots of room and fully stocked kitchen. Only downside I saw was the living room furniture could be upgraded. Pool and pool room were great to have. Would definitely rent again.

Destin Vacay

The house was as advertised. Great location and nice layout. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the beach. Only negative was the cleanliness. We found several messes and recent stains that had to be cleaned up by us upon arrival. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Good location-better options nearby

House is as advertised. If you book don’t plan on using the pool. It was lime green when we checked in, had basically no chemicals in it. Management company was helpful and it was able to be used by our 3rd day. House is on older side but not bad. Probably price is main reason to rent here. They have large rats that make nightly appearances on the back patio.

Wonderful house/location/pool

Quiet neighborhood, short walking distance from beautiful beach, wonderful pool on premise. Everything you need at this house. Our teens enjoyed their own space in the pool house with AC, TV, pool table, 2 twin beds in the loft.

Family Vacation

Overall this place has it all. Beautiful home with all of the amenities. Having your own pool was 100% worth it. We rented a golf cart so accessing the beach was a breeze! A few issues however owner took care of some right away! The downstairs toilet had a crack, was repaired with a new seat right away. The pool house was covered with ants (flying ants) and the pest control came out next day as well. However, bugs were an issue. We constantly found bugs in and around the house. It’s hot and it’s summer, so bugs are common but should of been treated regularly. The downstairs bed isn’t super great but upstairs beds are quite comfortable. The kitchen faucet is the most annoying faucet you can own.. it automatically turns off and is a “smart” tap faucet. Other than the issues this was truly a great place to stay, the pool house is a GREAT part of this house. Location is prime.

Family trip

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few things I need to mention. On our stay, the game room had what I think were terminates in the up stairs bed area. They also had a rat and some mice that ran in the evening around the porch by the main house. Around the Barbecue area. Hopefully they can take care of this.

The perfect place for us!

Loved everything about this property!! Very spacious home, beautifully decorated. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was especially nice. Loved having the private pool and bonus pool room! Beach was just a short walk away!

Omg this property was beautiful. Even better than I expected. My family evacuated during storm Ida from New Orleans La. the beds we’re very comfortable and there was a extra add on bonus with the pool house. Excellent choice. Book this property
