House was very clean and comfortable. Not too far to walk to the beach. It's also a very easy walkable route to access the community pool, tennis court, and volleyball court.

Great house for our family vacation, we had 10 people in our group and this was the max I’d suggest here. The private pool was a big hit for the kids and close to the beach but definitely be prepared for a 8-10 min walk. Highly recommend!

Great house in a convenient location

Property was very clean with plenty of room for everybody (4 adults and 3 kids). We really enjoyed the pool and it made grilling out even better. Short walk to the beach and there is a small parking area at the front of the neighborhood/complex that made crossing the street to the beach extra easy. Easy check in and out . Would definitely stay here again.

We had two families for a quick beach getaway. This house was more than sufficient for our needs. It had enough of space for gathering and privacy for each family. We enjoyed having the kitchen, large dining table, and lots of deck space. The location is prime in Destin, close by to Captain Dave's and the Destin Commons mall. Overall a good experience

Great Place to Relax

We spent a long weekend here to celebrate my friend's upcoming wedding. There were 8 of us and the house had plenty of space. Real Joy responded almost immediately when I had questions, but I didn't have many. The listing was very thorough and the property was exactly what we expected. We had a very relaxing and wonderful stay! I would definitely recommend them!
