The views & huge hot tub pool were amazing, as was the location. The host Tony was very friendly & always answered messages of any issues & the welcome pack was the best we’ve received. In our opinion though, the house itself needs abit of TLC, 2 of the toilets were leaking, the 3rd the toilet seat was loose & broke off during our stay, (Tony arranged for a new one to be sent but it never arrived), the balcony by the outside tub was subsiding & looked very unsafe, en-suite shower was leaking pretty badly through to the kitchen below, slats were missing from the day bed in the loft, drawer in the kitchen kept falling off the runner. The kitchen is very small for a house that sleeps 10 people. But, Overall we all really enjoyed our stay, the views & pool made it for us but the house could do with abit of an upgrade in some places.

Nothing better then seeing the sea from bed. Amazing uninterupted views of the sea and the location is great for exploring along the coast. Great outdoor seating spaces and logburner in the lounge for those colder nights. Will definitely aim to go back.

You just simply have to book and stay at this beautiful property to appreiciate its full potential the view is too die for 2nd to none .....it has soo much to offer no matter what the weather the spa pool is fantastic ,the gym and the outside hot tub ....it's close to all amenities ....bus stops less then 2 mins from the house on one side and 5 mins on the other side close to the town ,....tony and the house keeper are extremely attentive to any needs and are extremely helpful and happy to help ....it was perfect for our autistic family and we intend to return

Wonderful stay at this property, excellent communication with owner and check with Tony was seamless. The views and location of this place is absolutely amazing....sunrise everyday and unobstructed sea views. Loads of space, comfortable beds. Warm and cozy. A wonderful welcome pack of food and drinks. Kitchen could benefit from more utensils, pots and pans but thats a mimor point. Would definately recommend and stay again.

Nice stay in Dawlish

We stayed one week in this nice villa. We enjoyed the location and the spa. This place is very quiet with a beautiful view over the sea.

Best place I've stayed in the UK, with an unobstructed view of the sea and only a stone's throw from Dawlish. Would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing hols

We were very impressed with the property and the check in process was very smooth. It's a great location to explore the coast and we would certainly consider going back again.

Absolutely loved the property, hot tubs were really good kid's loved the big hot tub and loved working out in the gym gorgeous views out to sea, just a lovely holiday.

Magnificent Views

We were a party of 10 all ages, we loved the house and the views were spectacular the house suited our needs and everything was there and well thought out. We had a wonderful stay with lots of memories missing it already.

excellent holiday home

we had a fantastic time...house was excellent....a home from home....the spa pool was great...everyone loved it from the kids to the grandparents. we were lucky enough to have had great weather and the bifold doors were amazing...would certainly recommend it. even though it was a 10hr drive we would definetly go back

Breathtaking panoramic views

Fantastic holiday, indoor spa pool was great with the kids. Views are 2nd to none, sat quietly in the evening listening to the water is relaxing. Location is central to all around and the train takes you everywhere you wouod eant to go. Only 5mins walk away. Highly recomended.

Location, view and property

Great location, beautiful views overlooking the sea. Ideal for train lovers with the track at the bottom of the garden but the trains started running a little too early in the morning for my liking.

Perfect

Had a great week! Welcome pack on arrival after long journey was amazing, the house was perfect ,views are stunning, we all loved the swim spa. Tony was a great host? Was there for arrival and departure. Would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful stay !

Fantastic property to stay in with stunning sea views. This property is just perfect for a break in Dawlish. The property was very clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay, a real home from home! Spy room and gym was a great bonus and the cosy children zone was a big hit ! Hosts Tony and Cheryl were most welcoming and helpful. There was absolutely nothing to fault. We had a wonderful time and we hope to visit again in the future.

Beautiful place right on the sea

We loved staying here. The view is beautiful and the house is in great condition. Spacious and well equiped. Gym and spa are a real bonus. Friendly and helpful owners. Only addition wouod be curtains for the two kids rooms, considered essential by most parents! Brilliant week and we hope to return. Thanks

EXCELLENT HOUSE, LOCATION AND FACILITIES

We booked this house for myself & my wife due to the location and the facilities for a relaxing week away & recharge our batteries. Everything lived up to expectations. Eating breakfast outside on the patio, overlooking the sea, fantastic. The spa/pool/Jacuzzi was brilliant. A great way to chill out. We'd definitely book this property again with family or friends next time, or even on our own again.

Main property is generally clean and tidy. Major issues with all windows and doors though. Some can't even be opened, others can't be closed. Even when closed there are massive howling draughts from the seals or frames. Heating has to be on constant just to even it out. All of them need replacing. 2nd hot tub isn't a hottub, just a bath with a hot hose running to it. Kids 'pods' pretty unusable, 1 stinks of damp rot, the other is just musty. The 'gym' has 1 reasonable running machine, the rest is all rusty, worn out or just broken. The big pool/hottub is excellent, but showing its age with missing jet nozzles and broken phone audio connector. Basic chemical care advice given, lookup better advice for safer usage. Cutlery drawer in kitchen has broken rail. The host was contactable and responded on WhatsApp, but only nearby on changeover days so not much use if something is broken/breaks. Definitely a property being mis-sold with 7year old photos. Nice location, and worked ok for price we paid, but wouldn't come back or want to pay current listed price. #1 advice: bring a roll of gaffa tape to tape up the window draughts.
