Quiet Lakefront retreat minutes from full service marina and restaurant


This property is nestled in a beautiful, quiet cove on the south side of Lake Tillery minutes from Lilly’s Bridge Marina and River Wild restaurant. This 3 bedroom 2 bath house was recently renovated and new to the rental market. The outside views and entertaining are amazing! Screened in boat dock, fire pit area and covered and screened patio will keep everyone outdoors enjoying the lake! Water level is 5-7 feet at end of dock. The inside features a great room as you enter overlooking the cove, large kitchen and dining area. The master is spacious, king bed with its own bathroom and vanity. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and closet. Bedroom 3 features a trundle bed idle for kids. The host rents a 24’ pontoon when available.

Nice spot at the lake

A few things could make this a perfect place to stay. The house is in a great location on the lake. However, several of the dishes in the kitchen were grimy/sticky and there were no shower curtain liners so the shower curtains had mold on them.

Family Get Away

We love the property and enjoyed it very relaxing. Enjoyed sitting on the dock and the fire pit was awesome. Enjoyed everything about the property and will be booking it again. The host Chris was great i want to thank him for his service.

The home was a described in listing. Very easy to access. Clean and comfortable. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Quick response from owner. Relaxing and enjoyed the beautiful lake views!

Relaxing getaway!

Very nice home on a beautiful lake. Had everything you could need, and the owner, though he hasn't been doing so, even rented us his Catamaran. Will likely stay here again.

Beautiful Property

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but here it goes…this was my first time renting in this area. Our families vacation yearly together and wanted somewhere different. The house was nice, the outside needed some work but the owners seemed to be working on the property. Biggest issue is I’ve never rented a private home and felt more out of place. The owners popped in on us every day we where there. I felt like we weren’t trusted to be there which led to a not so relaxing vacation. I understand things come up and typically a maintenance call would be made but even just a courtesy call of hey we need to come by would have been nice. We ended up leaving a day early because we where just over it. To this day it was the oddest vacation rental trip ever & the only one I’ve ever had the owners pop in while we where there.

FANTASTIC WEEK!!!

We'll be back! Spent Sat to Sat in this amazing home - it's exactly as pictured, very clean, nicely decorated. We cooked, we fished off the dock, we went out on the lake every day and explored the area. My college boy invited a few friends and they had the best time!! Everything about this vacation was perfect and we'll be back (and are talking about looking for our own place on the lake!!)

Lovely cottage

This is the third time we have stayed at this charming cottage. The location is great. The outdoor areas are very nice and we always enjoy them. The cottage is very cozy and comfortable.

Nice place on the lake. Perfect for a quick stay. Firepit was perfect and the outdoor living spaces fit the bill.

Beautiful setting

Loved the setting, views, boat, boat house, etc… it was a very relaxing time for us!! So nice to be able to enjoy renting a boat as well as the house being bright and cheery. Just a few suggestions- there were no washcloths or hand towels for each bathroom, so had to use paper towels- no bath rug in front of master bath sink- so floor would get wet after shower and when using sink for face washing, etc… , no salt/pepper for cooking in kitchen- would have brought if I had known, no towel racks in hall bath or hooks for towels in either bath- these are a few suggestions for future renters- overall- still had the best time despite these little things. We will definitely love to rent again!!
